Kilian's shoulders sagged as he took a sip of the cool drink that had just been sat down in front of him. Things had slowed down greatly since the event here on Eowyn happened. Rio and him had settled back down into a somewhat normal life. Kilian had traveled to Soudul shortly after, telling his family about Rio but leaving out a few key details. He was anxious to take her to meet them. He was also nervous. Kilian wasn't sure how his parents would react to him being with a hybrid.

Another sigh escaped his lips as he took another swig. His fingers itched to wrap around the daggers in their sheaths at his back and slice into something. Or even just his fists. He needed to be active. However, the dragons on Eowyn were less of a challenge for him now. Easy to take down.

What he needed, and hadn't had in a while, was a nice tumble with another Magescian. A simple sparring match.

Kilian, lost in thought, had not heard the familiar voice so close to him at first. Instead, he jerked when his name made it to his ears. His gaze shot from his drink up to the woman who had called him out. "Kav." A smile broke across his face at the familiar Dovaa standing before him.

His face warmed at the mention of Rio. "Erionda." Kilian's gaze shot back to the glass of water sitting in front of him. "Things are going very well Kav. Thank you for asking. She's not here, no." His head swiveled back to Kav as he grinned. "How have you been?"

A frown crossed Kilian's face at the mention of Rio being kidnapped. "It was really bad. I thought I had lost her Kav. Very scary." He ran his hands over his dreads and let a small sigh escape his lips. His sockets widened as Kav leaned in and embraced him in a tight hug. "Kav," he muttered as his cheeks turned a deep color and he wrapped his arms around the older Dovaa in a return hug.

The blush on his cheeks lessened as she pulled away and the conversation started back up. "Must be tough, not having him around." Kilian couldn't imagine being away from Erionda for such a long time. "Congratulations, by the way. I am close to being considered an expert myself. A bit more training for me as well."

His eyebrows rose as Kav held out a flier that advertised she was taking on students. "Going into teaching now, are you Kav?" He smiled as he asked the question. He had never imagined something like this when they had first met. Things sure had changed since then. Kilian blinked at her question and looked up. "Train? With you?" He grinned wide. "I'd be honored Kav." Kilian rose from the stool at the bar and gestured for Kavanna to go first.

Oh and did that fist ever connect. Kavanna was so not prepared for the impact that she was faced with. She never knew how strong Kilian truly was. If Kilian's simple punch could do that much damage; she only wondered what kind of power was held inside those daggers of his.

The Dovaa was definitely pushed back a bit due to the punch and she took a moment to catch her breath before spouting off a very quick heal in order to ready herself for another pounding attack.

Kavanna was shocked by Kilian's power, but the attacked had failed, as Kavanna had barely been able to dodge his attack. Giving him something to dodge as well would be best. She quickly flapped her wings hard, pushing herself away from Kilian to give them some room once again.

Taking out some leaves she always had kept on her, she imbued them with the plant magic, sharpening them to razor blade status. She then threw them at Kilian, hoping he could dodge a few. If it didn't go so well, she would obviously heal him up some, but nevertheless, she was determined not to give up without a fight.

"AHH!" was the only sound able to be emitted by the woman as she fell to the ground. The punch was definitely one of the worst pains she had ever experienced, aside from the burning sensation that left her scarred for life. Her head ached instantly afterwards, trying to make out what was happening around her became hard. Dizziness set in, and slowly Kavanna drifted off and fell back to the ground unconscious.
