Posts reductions for Dojo and Academy
You will have noticed in your character profiles that you receive reductions to training time through the various classes. These are added in addition to the proper training area reductions as well, making things take less time to learn. Please note that all jutsu require a minimum of 1 post in order to learn.

Training with a Buddy System
• Training with another ninja that does not know the jutsu: Because two heads are better than one, you can effectively problem solve between each other to figure out what it is that you got wrong. However, both of you need to make the allotted post amounts and interact with each other. [ Post count - 2 ]
• Training with another ninja that has already learned said jutsu: Because the ninja in question has already gone through the trial and error of learning the jutsu you're attempted to learn, the post count needed is one third less than usual. [ Post count needed a quarter ( 25%) less; If you get a decimal, you round up to the nearest whole number. So if you were to learn an A-rank move, the cost would only be 9 posts, not twelve. ]
• Training with a Sensei or NPC teacher ( NPCS must be played by crew ) : These are higher skilled shinobi, and they effectively have had more experience than you have. Being taught by these ninja will cut the post count in half.
