Story
It has been ten years since Aral Kingslayer, former Blade of Namara, put Maylien on the throne. He has since returned after retrieving his swords from the ruins of the temple and has begun to assist his former fiancée Jax in the training of new Blades. Slowly the order is being rebuilt but the Son of Heaven and his god are still alive. They are the ones that destroyed the Blades and murdered the Goddess. A few young Blades and their Shade familiars have been chosen to finish what the elder Blades cannot. Your mission is to kill the Son of Heaven and his God. This is no easy feat.
(If you have any questions send me a PM to ask. All Blades are assassins and mages. Not one or the other. They are both.) Shades are the same gender as the Blade.

Name: Alyx Ghostblade Shade's Name: Kalika Sex: female Age: 21 Appearance:  Shade's Form: Dragon Personality: Quiet, cold, harsh, rash, intelligent, quick thinking. Shade's Personality: opposite of Alyx's. Weapons: katana, knives, and magic Skills: an amazing mage and equally skilled with a sword. fast thinking and good in a tight spot. Backstory: Alyx and Kalika weren't blades. How they bonded is a mystery. Aral found them one day when he came across an unknown shadow trail. They had been living as blackjacks up until they joined the new Blades. Anymore of their past is unknown and they hid it very well.

Under normal circumstances Kura would be almost as adventurous as Alex. He is over protective of Alex and almost immediately dislikes newcomers.Weapons: Great sword, long sword
Skills: Specializes in divine magic and proficient in fire magic. Master of of the great sword and long sword.
Backstory: Alexander grew up in an orphanage and had convinced himself that Kura was an imaginary friend. He left the orphanage one day when he was twelve where he was attacked by muggers but Kura and a passing cleric saved him. The cleric was a remnant of the Goddesses followers and adopted Alex recognizing what he was born to do. The church trained him in secret in hopes that one day he would take down the Son of Heaven and his God.

Name (first and last): Nero Nightblade Shade's Name: Kyza Sex: Male Age: 20 Appearance:  Shade’s form: Kitsune (nine tailed fox) Personality: Quiet, distance, loyal, smart Shade’s Personality: Good humor, likes to pick at Nero Weapons: Daggers and throwing knives Skills (what best at): He is a master of illusion magic, his best skill is being able to disappear into the shadows. Backstory: Nero grew up on the streets not knowing who he belonged to. Kyza found him after he was caught stealing and thrown in a prison cell. With the help of the shade he became good at all skills that allowed him to leave the cell and become the thief in the night. As he moved he was caught by the only people that could, the blades. Under guidance he moved from stealing to killing, using the shadows that were his domain. Before long he was given the name Nightblade.

Alyx stood, lounging against the door out of the new Blade temple. Really it was more of a compound or a house. Still Aral called it a temple. 'Sentimental old fool,' she thought as she remembered his words about this mission. 'Who can blame him,' a soft voice whispered in her head. 'He sees himself and Triss in us. We're the only other pair that can mindspeak.' Alyx turned her gaze to the wall beside her and scratched the head of the Shade there. She always marveled at the contrast between what she saw and felt. She remembered how shocked Aral had been when he saw Kali. Now all they had to do was wait for Aral to brief the other two Blades that were going with her.

Alexander wandered through the familiar halls till an unfamiliar face caught his eye, a dark haired sitting in a room petting a shade. 'Hey she's got a shade too.' he started to step in the room and a large black wolf stands in front of him "Kura you aren't stopping me." he said in a light heartedly tone then vaulted the three foot tall beast and sauntered into the room lazily his armor clinking as he walked toward her. "Hello there my name is Alexander."

Nero moved forward from the shadows of a hallway. Catching the sounds of armor always got his attention. "Leave it be. probably ain't worth our time." Kyza told him as he sniffed the air and stayed close to his side. Shrugging his shoulders to what he said, Nero moved forwards. For him armor usually meant that he should run or get ready to fight, and he usually faced problems quickly once they showed themselves.

Nero moved and stood in the door way, the ideal point to be. It cut off a route that they could take. Instead of a solider or guard it was only other blades. Leaning against the door frame he watched quietly, not interested in being drawn into a conversation. Kyza was beside him and was pushing against his leg to try and force him into the room and the conversation.
