Junjie had decided that the first place he aught to go to check and see if Tilawen had gone was Rio's place in Eowyn. He knew that the two of them knew one another and he felt as though Tila might like the other hybrid girl so it seemed a good place to check. He could only hope that he was lucky enough to find her there. The problem being was that the trip there would take some time, what if he missed out on finding her because of the time it took him to get there? Still, if she had in fact gone to Eowyn to visit with Rio then Rio would know in what direction the other girl had gone, right? Given it was a possibility he felt that it was his best bet when it came to finding his missing friend, "Let's hope we find her." He murmured to himself, something that got nods from Arjan and Abellio who were standing on either side of him at the moment. He gave each of them a smile, as well as a pat on the head, before he motioned to them, "Come on, seems like the boat is here."
Reaching down he scooped up his staff and his heavy pack, the latter of which was taken from him by the big Keinova Abellio, something he was grateful for, "My thanks. That pack seems to get heavier and heavier each time we go out." He said, heading on board with the two flanking him like a pair of bodyguards, something that he was oblivious to but those around them saw and were quick to get out of the way of. Abellio knew too well how soft hearted Junjie was and as such he would protect him from all potential threats!
The three of them were soon standing at the edge of the boat, watching the water, making their way slowly toward Eowyn. Junjie leaned forward, starring at the rippling blue of the water, smiling a bit as he saw the manner in which it was dancing. It was a pretty sight, one he enjoyed thoroughly despite his inability to swim, though after a time he found himself starring down at a pair of eyes that seemed to be starring up at him, "Eh...?" It wasn't his own reflection, that much he could tell, so... what was it? It took but a moment for it to click and he was suddenly lunging back, just in time too as the dragon lunged up out of the water to snap at him, "Augh! Dragons!" He called out before scooping up his staff preparing to cast his blinding spell at the creature that was trying to crawl into the boat... only to have it sputter out. His eyes went quite wide and he lifted the staff up to try to defend himself with it... when he was suddenly dragged backwards, out of the way of the dragon's snapping jaws and behind the broad form of an Orderite sailor who was quick to heave a harpoon at the dragon, catching it in the neck, successfully wounding it and chasing it off. Behind it Junjie caught sight of a second one that seemed to give the boat a once over before diving under the water along with its friend. It was obvious the attack was far from over.
He looked up at the man who was defending him, feeling red creeping into his features, more then a little embarrassed over having to be saved in such a manner. He just wasn't sure what had happened, he'd never had his powers fizzle out in such a manner, "I... I'm sorry... my magic just seemed to... fail..." He gasped out, sounding quite ashamed of that fact.
The man turned back to look at him, gave him a smile and a pat on the head before saying, "Perhaps the Blood Moon has gotten to you? It can be quite the pain for magic user or so I hear. Just be careful and stay away from the edge." He warned Junjie before trotting over to chat with the captain about the potential for another attack.
