Ellie was a Senshi.
Annie was a Senshi.
It only made sense that Ellie would eventually have to try and get it so Annie was ready for doing that Senshi thing again.
And the blonde had a feeling that this evening was going to be a long one.
The tomboy had managed to get Annie to come along to the garage and eventually pulled out her henshin pen. It was distinctly different from the pen which Annie had, but that mostly had to do with their power levels.
Innocent bystander Aque sniffed at the two who had entered his primary domain, letting out an inquisitive whine to make sure they both knew his furry butt was present.
The blonde did pause long enough to give the dog a stray scratch behind the ears. Then, in her usual gruff tone, Ellie asked "... you got yer pen? Do ya remember what ya do with it?"
Language barrier be damned, the translator phone wouldn't be pulled out unless there were some major issues with interpretation.

Annie looked at her butt buddy bro with curious grey eyes. She had powered up since her purification but they had been solely for educational purposes that involved traveling to her asteroid. She was obsessed with the place and she had learned so much about what she figured was what she couldn't remember about her life. It had gotten her into a few issues with one of her teammates but it all seemed familiar to her.
The pen was also familiar and she definitely remembered what to do with it. She didn't need to understand what Ellie was saying because all she needed to see was Ellie pull out her pen and she pulled out her own. She was definitely curious about the difference between their two pens though,and that momentarily got the in the way of normal cognitive functions.
She definitely tried to take Ellie's from her. They could trade! She could be Sailor Iris for the night.

The more colorful of the pens was snatched from her fingers, and Ellie's lips seemed to form a frown.
"...naw dude... naw..." Forcefully, she reached back to the silvery-haired girl's fingers and grabbed her own property back. "I need that, Annie... you've got yer own!"
Before it could get taken away again, Ellie called out "Iris Eternal, Make-up!" and with a colorful light show, the tomboy was transformed into Eternal Sailor Iris.
With a half nod, she signaled for her companion to do something similar.

Having the pen taken away with no hope to retrieve if after Ellie had powered up into Iris, Ellie's Annie stuck her tongue out at her friend and then pulled her own pen. It just wasn't as rainbowlicious as Ellie's and it was just sad that she couldn't become Iris. She wanted to be Iris. Why not add another person to the list of people she was only under certain conditions? WHY NOT? HUH?
"Psyche Asteroid Power, Make-up!" She called out with a bit of a pout. She wanted to become a rainbow but this would have to do, huh?
Grey eyes pierced toward Iris with a questioning stare. What was next? Her body moved over with a light click of the heel (pleased that she hadn't managed to trip over her feet in the process) and went full on bear hug at Iris. Why? Why would she do that? Why not!

Another curious whine echoed in the garage. Perhaps animals were more sensitive to things such as senshi, or perhaps it was just Aque being the crybaby he usually was.
Iris was attacked in perhaps one of the ways she did not exactly approve of.
Hugs.
Her brow fell and she somewhat glared at the offender. "...do ya mind?" The Eternal senshi was able to break free from the adoration of the Super senshi, and once she managed to get a few steps between them, she signaled for the senshi to follow her.
Opening the side door of the garage, the blonde made sure to look about for any snooping neighbors before signaling the coast was clear. The residential area was an okay place to start with patrolling, but the eternal (grudgingly) went to the rooftops. They were only 2 stories at maximum, so it wasn't too bad.
Once they had moved on towards another block in the same neighborhood, Iris attempted to give her companion a clue-in.
"...so yeah, this is patrollin'... we're checkin' 'round in case there are any youma or other chaos assholes out there..."

Psyche did mind, crossing her arms over her chest happily. Why was Iris like that? Hugs were what people did! She seen people do it all the time. Girls hugged their boyfriends, children hugged their mothers, ********* hugged food with her face. Sometimes people did half hugs like bros! Clearly unhappy with the situation, Psyche flipped her balls over her shoulder before following Iris.
Where were they going? Huh? Psyche looked around with curiosity, following Iris up to the second story with surprising ease. She had hesitation about doing so but it came so easy to her like her body just seemed used to it. It was amazing! She couldn't quite remember feeling so free before. She was used to being planted firmly on the ground but with the wind rushing through her balls and her feet off the ground, there was a wide grin on the senshi of breath's face.
"What youma?" She had never met a youma before.

"I'll show you..." was the firm response Psyche would get before Iris led the pair along, over rooftops until she stopped at a stray house.
There wasn't anything in particular about the house that made her stop. No, the eternal senshi actually had been waiting til her senses kicked in. It was upon this rooftop that she sensed an aura that most definitely belonged to those foul, miserable creatures that were Youma.
"...okay... do you feel that, Psyche?" Gold eyes looked back to her partner for the evening, partially for confirmation, partially to judge the comprehension. If anything, there was a good chance she might need a phone for translation soon.

Sailor Psyche would have bumped right into Sailor Iris if she weren't always paying attention to her surroundings like a hawk. The second Iris stopped, Psyche stopped too. She used this time to look around but nothing in particular stood out about the house. Why had they stopped? She looked back to Iris with curiosity.
Did she feel that? What she understood of those words lead Psyche's arm to reach up and touch Iris' shoulder. What was she feeling?

It seemed as if her companion's comprehension was lacking on this question.
Rather than sit there for a bit and type up the inquiry again, the eternal senshi continued forward, building-hopping a couple blocks before she paused again.
The sensation in the air was heavier, meaning the youma was closer now. Once more she stopped and made sure that Psyche also halted before pulling out a phone.
This time she took the time to type out a message.
"Do you feel how the air got heavier? When you feel this, it means there is a monster nearby."

Sailor Psyche was feeling a mix of fun from what this game seemed to be to annoyance as Sailor Iris kept stopping so suddenly. She didn't have to wonder why she stopped this time though, seeing the other senshi typing on her phone to her. Curiously, she peeked over the rainbow senshi's shoulder as she typed out the message. She didn't understand the words and frowned with frustration. Why was Sailor Iris typing things she couldn't understand?! Shortly after that the message was translated and the phone turned to her, a more pleasant expression covered her face as she seemed content with things again.
Heavier air? She thought about it, and compared the feeling here to the feeling of the air normally. It did feel different, almost as if it was weighing down on her? It was kind of hard to pin point and eventually she nodded her head. A monster though? Sailor Psyche simply looked at Sailor Iris with disbelief. Monsters exist? Interesting. INTERESTING. She was suddenly really interested in seeing this monster.
"O.K." She said with a thumbs up.

Iris watched Psyche's face as she read the message on the phone, trying to judge how well her companion was comprehending the situation. The affirmative thumbs up received a big grin from the eternal senshi before she nodded and once more signaled for Psyche to continue along with her upon the rooftops.
This time when Iris stopped, it wasn't upon a rooftop. No, this time she had jumped off the edge of one of the rooftops and landed firmly upon the ground near what looked like a pile of garbage that was taking up far more room in the dirt path behind one of the houses.
For a moment, she stood there quietly as she watched the pile of trash seemingly moving about, moving about almost like a snake on its belly.
However, she eventually mentioned "...monsters take on different shapes... they don't all look like this..."

Sailor Psyche followed her companion until Sailor Iris jumped off the side of the rooftop. Any sane person would have reservations about this, and Sailor Psyche looked down at Sailor Iris with hesitation. Who just jumped off the rooftop? She crossed her arms and leaned over, her eyes looking past the point of her boots down to the ground. How far was it? Two stories, three stories, four stories? It didn't really matter because it was still a roof and you didn't jump off them!
Sailor Iris looked fine but Sailor Psyche still had reservations about it. Instead of jumping off the root, she hung over the edge and them jumped down. It was easy, and a small thrill coursed through her body as she turned her attention to the situation. She looked in the direction that Sailor Iris was looking before she looked back up to the rooftop momentarily. Maybe she could do it again? A small grin fell on her face.
"Yes?" She asked, turning her focus back to her companion and the youma.

The youma seemed to be a lazy sort, slithering about on its belly rather slowly. It didn't even seem to stir much when the eternal and the super senshi had approached.
It left time for Iris to explain more.
"...they can seem harmless... but they are all dangerous. They attack people and they need to be put down."
Though their current youma was still acting like a slug. With her mouth twisting up in a questioning manner, the yellow suited senshi stepped up towards the trash-monster, using her foot to feel around. The trashy-body quivered a bit, but rather than attack the offending foot, an appendage made of rotten banana peels shot out towards Psyche.
"....sh*t..." that wasn't quite what she had intended to happen. Iris was just trying to locate the head of all things.

Sailor Psyche made an effort to at least listen to Sailor Iris, and she seemed to be understanding that this signature was a bad thing. It meant there were monsters and they were dangerous. They had to be put down. Yes, she definitely understood that. A couple rotten banana peels in the face? Oh, that just drove it all home.
She didn't squeal out with disgust, and instead her face twisted as she grabbed hold of the appendage very roughly. At first she lost her grip because the texture was slippery but she wasn't going to give up because of one failed attempt. This attacked her, and somewhere down there she felt a rush. It needed to be crushed, stopped and utterly defeated by her. She grabbed it by a different section with both hands, and she pulled on it as hard as she could.
What would happen if she pulled it apart? Would it bleed? Monsters didn't bleed. Did it feel pain? No, definitely not. She did not hold anything back when she pulled unlike when she might if she were pulling on Sailor Iris' arm for attention. She was definitely trying to pull it off.

The youma made a squishing noise similar to stepping in a mud-puddle with rain boots as the Super Senshi tugged on its banana-arm. Whether it was the sound of the appendage ripping or the sound the trash-monster made when it was in pain was unclear. However, Psyche's actions weren't in vain. After an odd sort of tug-of-war with the peel-arm, the appendage gave way, seeming to deteriorate into loose garbage that fell to the ground instantly.
Iris backed away from the pile she had been feeling with her boot, seeming to take a more defensive stance as the pile quivered more.
"...good... but it ain't over yet..." the eternal senshi warned.
It was an accurate assessment, since the pile of garbage seemed to roll almost like a wave at the beach, rearing up one end briefly before it swung at both senshi in one swift motion.
"WATCH OUT!" Iris called out before she jumped to avoid being hit.
