The prince of the Lucis Kingdom stood on the turquoise bridge that overlooked waters below. Blue eyes matched streams of the same color. In his head were a plethora of thoughts. The state of the kingdom, whether there was enough security protecting the last crystal, how the merging of all the worlds would effect the balance around his home. Then were thoughts about a certain blonde girl, one that he met long ago in one of the meetings. Someone else who can see the light, and someone he instantly established a connection with. Why was she on his mind lately? Why did she have to be part of an opposing family? Why did...he want to see her so badly? A memory of her smiling during their talk ran through his head and the prince mentally scolded himself for thinking of something so trivial. Stella Nox Fleuret was not a part of business at the moment...
Looking to the left, he watched the waters run into the ocean, then looked over to the statue of the goddess, Etra. Pointing towards it, a blade left his hand and stabbed into the granite floor by the feet of the statue. After this was done, he transported to the location of his blade in a bright blue light. Arriving, he put away the blade and walked around the gardens around the goddess's statue. He was truthfully bored at the moments, and his thoughts kept leading to trivial things that consumed his train of thought. "I wonder where Ignis is. He should have finished with that new thing already." That was one thing that caught his attention. Ignis had been constantly talking about some new, great invention lately that could turn the tides in the war for the crystal once more. He'd have to approach him on it later.

((Well, aren't all the worlds currently colliding? If that's the case, then the Lucis Kingdom in Final Fantasy 15 would have been merged with that of 7, 13, etc.
So in short the answer is yes, anyone may find their way to it, and he can travel to other places as well.
"Ahhh..Wow..Now THIS is interesting. " Came a rather loud voice of a young women, should anyone be there that she currently didn't see, they would see a short dark haired girl, who appeared to be in her late teens or early twenty's. Dressed in short cream-colored shorts and a small green tank top, the girl could only be guessed as some sort of ninja with the strange armor she wore in the mix.The white headband around her forehead dangled gently into the breeze at the end, while what stood out most, was the large pointed shuriken at her back, the Conformer. This was one of the many reasons her clothes were that short. She needed every possible option to be fast in her movements. For such a small girl, though, it was a pretty surprising sight to see such a weapon strapped at a small framed girls back.
"Hmm....Maybe I should just take a quick look? For all I know, it could be some enemy base! Ah, what a story...Yuffie Kisaragi, defeats new threat to the world! Heh heh heh! " Yeah, right. To bad for her, this was no enemy base. "Best ninja in the world, here for scouting and possible defeating of any baddies inside!! " The ninja yelled into the air, wasn't she just so polite?

Rihan looked at The Kingdom of Lucis going over his mission specs. "A nation said to keep the last known existing crystal in the world, a nation both highly advanced and developed, and culturally intact, with tradition vibrant and still alive with the "songs of swords and sorcery".
Rihan could see the city is a sprawling metropolis. Despite this, the city seems being largely deserted. Through the power of its Crystal, the city has risen as a modern-day metropolis and First World-esque power. The royal family has been compared to a mafia crime family, and said to have reigned and protected the kingdom since its ancient beginnings."
Rihan smirks and looks over the city readying his gear and begins walking into town. Sleeping in was one of the few pleasures that Rihan the liked to indulged in, aside from a good meal with some good company. Rihan run his life by a number of rules designed to keep his life in order and enforce self-discipline. The time that he got up was the sole exception, or at least the only exception he admitted to. Left to his own, he could get up at six o'clock in the morning or six in the evening. It all depended on how he felt that day,and how many jobs he had set up.
For the past year or so, that choice hadn't been left to him. Ever since their fateful meeting his mysterious new benefactor had come to haunt his every moment of relaxation. She had been waking him up with frightening regularity, her preferred method was constantly contacting him from a myriad of technological formats. Flying cameras,hacked Magic screens,etcetera. Rihan rarely had a moments reprieve,like today. Rihan walks down the rainy city streets on his way to the Cafe to meet up with an his boss,before being stopped by a woman underneath an umbrella. She hands him a suit case,and walks away without a word. Rihan didn't even bother to chase after her,and simply continued on his trek to the Cafe. There, he ate an excellent meal. A mint was served with the coffee he ordered and the scones were delectable as always.The air seemed hot and somehow breathless with the scent of Cinnamon and Spiced Chocolate and warmed his body. Again 2 options are available. Either back through the apartment block via the scaffolding or disguised as new guard shift that will be arriving shortly to guard the entrance.
Rihan paid his bill by leaving some spare change on the table before proceeding slowly towards the apartment block on the corner; the streets were mostly empty due to police clearing everyone away from the scene, except the local media and TV crews who hounded the police on duty for answers to their various questions and interviews.

Rihan simply ignored the request and as the workman laid a hand on his shoulder Rihan grabbed it and broke it in one swift motion, then covering his mouth so as no one could hear the screams echo throughout the building. Finally he retrieved a syringe from his inside pocket and drove it into the man's neck, forcing him to collapse to the ground, sedated.
Once dragged inside an abandoned apartment Rihan changed out of his usual attire of the black suit, white shirt and dressed himself in the navy overalls and yellow hardhat, taking on the appearance of just another worker which would make his progress through the building easier. There was a lift on the left hand side and Rihan called for it, waiting patiently for its arrival.
As the metal doors slid open Rihan kept his head down and stepped in, alongside a young, tall female with silver hair, wearing a short brown leather jacket with a maroon top underneath.

A unique feature of this sword is that it manifests itself differently for each of its wielders. This change depends on the spirit of those that wield it. For example, if an assassin got hold of the sword, it would manifest with the shape perfect for killing. When in possession of Rihan, the sword usually has an interesting but simple design. It consists of a long hilt, with a big ring on the end. The blade is the most interesting part of the sword. It is shaped like an abstract flame, it is black with the edge of the blade being clearer and sharper. Rihan travels with the sword on his back, wrapped around bandages. The blade embodies his "burning will for acknowledgement" and his fear.
-Kientō (輝炎濤, lit. Luminous Flame Wave)Gauntlets: A black, metal-clad pair of gauntlets reaching up towards the forearms, surrounded by rings of text. The gauntlets have large crests resembling Rihans Clan Symbol. They can ignite with his flame techniques and can be used for propulsion due to the black flame-patterned arm thrusters. When coupled with his air shoes he can move high speeds with great maneuverability.This is usually his go to weapon.

+ Kurotaiyō Shinken" (黒太陽真拳 Fist of the Black Sun): A signature magic style were Rihan creates several indigo flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the him and can be freely controlled to attack enemies.It is extremely reactive to water;on contact the steam released can easily blow an opponent away or allow Rihan cover to attack. Rihan can also combine several of his flaming orbs to create a single massive one, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a large area around it. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the area. The Flame is a high-density form of energy that is refined from Rihans own soul. Due to the way it resonates with his emotions, it can be seen as a battle aura. However, unlike an aura which is a supernatural phenomenon seen in only a few individuals, the Flame is more akin to an actual flame, possessing its own destructive properties. The flames have the ability to manipulate outside flames as well. This includes moving, intensifying, and dispersing flames.
When it is influenced by his Fear, the area around his eyes becomes a more dark color and his flame a "colder" feel to it. Despite its less warm feel, the flame still becomes stronger than normal. When influenced with positive emotions like bravery or love, the flame glows with a bright golden color and causes Rihan to become much more hot blooded.

The user can naturally evoke and increase fear and horror in others causing the target’s brain to release fear-inducing chemicals and over load the senses or cause nightmares while they sleep. The victim’s perception may be altered, causing them see their environment as ominous and the user as dark and foreboding, or even seen as a monster. Users of this are adept at making themselves difficult to locate and, by extension, attack.The user can command detailed illusions,yet this power is more defensive and versatile than most others. Users are strongest against opponents who rely heavily on sight and considerably weaker against opponents with natural reflexes or heightened senses.
+ Construction: The basic power to turn illusions into real illusions.It manipulates form, shape, mass, feel and smell to be that of what the opponent views to be reality. Illusions built this way have a low density and, consequentially, a weak offensive power. + Shin Meikyō Shisui (True Soul Mirror-Deadly Water") is a technique that frightens the enemy with an overwhelming amount of "fear", thus making the enemy unable to sense Rihan's presence even if they were looking straight at him; this allows him to shift himself towards the enemies blind spot in most cases .This technique is reliant on Rihan to concentrate on his fear which means he must stay calm. When using this technique he will vanish from sight but his presence is still sensed by other. If Rihan has a is brake his concentration,or his power is disrupted technique is dissipated. This can be done by the opponent applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the Rihans energy like during a limit brake. This usually manifest as the opponent seeing nothing but darkness around them. While nothing physical happens most opponents would become frightened as they see Rihan appear from the eternal blackness,while in reality he simply walks up and stabs them while they are distracted.
+ Shin Kyōka Suigetsu ( True Mirror Flower- Water Moon) This technique envelops Rihan in a wispy black smoke that clouds him from his opponent's vision and senses. It then begins creating illusions akin to an afterimage to confuse the opponent. He is then able to shift himself into the opponent's blind spot in order to strike swiftly and silently. While utilizing this technique, Rihan has shown that attacks will phase right through him as if his body was an illusion yet he can still receive the intended injury. He is able to use this technique to protect others that are in a close proximity to him or flee a battle when injured.The smoke-like vapors produced by this technique has a debilitating effect on those that Rihan does not consider his ally. 'Enemies' caught in the wispy smoke will begin feeling a tranquil effect on their body, effectively causing their bodily functions to begin slowing. There is no known way to avoid this effect upon this technique's activation as the smoke will continue to exude from Rihan's body, giving him an almost impenetrable defense. This can only be used in short burst,and is the signature technique of the Nurarihyon Clan.

-Inhibitor Rings: Black gloves with crimson circles designs. These circles have lines sticking out of the bottom leading to golden bracelets. The bracelets are in truth Inhibitor Rings to keep Rihans power under control while he sleeps. Being an illusionist Rihan needs insurance to make sure his powers don't spiral out of control. Otherwise,he wouldn't be able to distinguish reality from his own illusions.
- Hover Shoes: The shoes are mainly white, with black heels and soles, and what seems to be a red strip of metal lines the bottom of each shoe. The bottom of each shoe is black, and has a pattern of small "jets" which uses to propel himself forward and levitate in the air.Whenever Rihan is running, his movement creates the "illusion" that he is skating. This is because the jets on the soles of the Hover Shoes propel him forward at a constant pace, but he moves as if he is simply skating along the ground.These shoes were also a gift from his boss. He can even channel his flames into them for devastating kicks.
Focus Lens:contacts that allow him to analyze situations and individuals, finding out information through a wireless data bank .They help assist Rihan in finding out necessary information, strategies, and references, on prominent figures of the world as well as world news. By implementing his Fear he can control most people by reading their darkest and most inner thoughts and can use them to manipulate the person. These Lenses also enable the Rihan to see through Illusions and reveal the nature of opponents attacks. They also serve to let Rihan aim extremely accurately at an enemy by taking into account factors like gravity and magnetic fields when aiming fire balls.
Notis sat at his throne the young prince guard by a wall of soldiers. How long had it been since his life had been interesting? He was a handsome young man, short, spiky, black hair and piercing blue eyes.
Alas, Noctis days now consisted of sitting at his throne being waited on hand and foot by his people. He sat bored every day. A guard stepped up to his throne as he looked out of one of the windows of his throne room. What would it be this time? Would it be that some of the citizens had incited another day of feasting to his name? Would it be that a minor noble had conceived, and wanted his blessing for a strong child? So many of these events happened nowadays that Noctis hardly put any effort into them. Still no such news hit his ears. Instead news of far more interesting origin came up.

Noctis looked down with little interest. I feel not like wasting my time on useless foreign fools. Ignis and the others can handle it. .
The guard shook his head frantically, and Noctis wondered for a moment if his neck hurt afterward. No, your Highness! These assailants are of to great of skill.They are tearing thru our blockade with ease.See for yourself. A visual broadcast similar to a television screen appears in front of Noctis. Like an angel upon the battlefield, a,silver haired warrior orchestrated the slaughter of her foe's, unmoving and detached. Then, at the peak of destruction, she moved with astounding, inhuman speed and grace, swooping unto the battlefield like an angel of death…a strange sword in hand, she danced a foreign dance, uncaring whose blood the blade tasted. As the guard zoomed in one could see her eyes were distant but hungry for battle all the same,and her hair as she felled her last foe, was perfectly in place. Her clothing remained untouched by blood and gore.Only a heavenly creature could be so flawless… or one straight from the pits of Ifrit's hell.Noctis watched as another figure emerged flanking the silver haired woman. He also held a strange sword and cut threw the soldiers mercilessly. Just before they could see Ignis appear to meet the attack the screen flicked off.
Excuse this interruption, the power has been down. I'll go fix it. the guards assessment of a fuzzy screen turned out to be a transmission, hacked on all frequencies.As the hazy image of a the two assailants reappeared, the screen suddenly achieved a perfect connection, revealing a beat up Ignis falling to the ground and the silver haired woman looking directly at the screen.As she did so one would notice her new military attire. It is a dark purple dress with dark red cuffs and everything else is a dark gold. She also wears gloves, tights and knee high boots. Her sword is sheathed on her left hip and the defining characteristic of the sword are completely hidden. A blinding light shines from behind her and the ground begins to shake violently. Soon the famous archway splits completely and falls into the sea. The woman then speaks.
Greetings and bienvenue, Kingdom of Lucis! My name is Ren Shiranui Gitsune . You may recognize me from my delightful little dance with your princes thugs. As I'm sure those Caelum scum hiding in the Palace have just felt, what was predicted to be an 8.8 earthquake has just occurred. This is just a small taste of the power I bring! This woman handled herself with admirable pride, and seemed fond of theatrics. Noctis couldn't take his eyes off her as she continued.
Make no mistake. I am not from Niflheim,or some other foreign land engaged in this little Cold War of yours. I'm only here for the Caelum family. No harm shall come to anyone else,and to the prince.....don't keep me waiting. the transmission ends and Gladiolus ,Prompto,and Cor walk out of the throne room. Noctis stays and prepares himself.
Ren and Rihan keep moving. After awhile they run into the trio. Ren smirks as they all try to attack her at once.Without any warning they are all impaled by three white fox tails,and flicked to the side. Soon the doors to the throne room are burst open and Ren appears to Noctis. Rihan leans on the wall and watches as Ren draws her sword and Noctis readies his ability.
Steel met steel in an instant. The sheer strength of the girl threatened to make him lose his footing. The grip of his sword was soon soaked with sweat. They met again in a whirling storm of metal. Block, slash, parry, dodge and strike. Again, they spun away from the other. Two sword masters locked in combat. They traded not a word. They didn't need to. So skilled in the ways of the blade that it was like another language. One spoken through strike and counter-strke. Through thrust and parry.
They met a third time in a trade of blows. This time Noctis didn't play defense and surged forwards; thrusting with the tip of his blade. The silver haired demon wove her defense well. Noctis felt a stab of frustration, but it was only a minor one. This woman, this demon was a mighty foe. When he'd first seen her in action he'd barely believed it,but now he could believe it, oh yes,and he was going to put an end to it.
Despite the pain of his overused muscles, his grip on the handle of his blade was sure. The silver haired warrior was fast, but she'd overcommitted to the last strike; couldn't draw back fast enough. Noctis rose and his blade made an audible sound, as he launched himself at the enemy. The woman back-peddled, knowing when not to push her luck as Noctis hammered in with a series of rapid jabs and teleportation strikes - not meant to kill, but to tire, draw blood and to weaken. They were fended off with expert skill by the woman via her tails and Noctis found his respect for this new-found woman growing by the moment.
Respect didn't mean like. For even as he found his respect growing for Rens skills, his disgust also grew with the way he had acted. This power, this skill. Turned to a good purpose they could have done wonders.
Ren circled, the brief activity staled for now. There was silence save for their ragged breathing. After a brief moment they fought again. Swords like lightning, moving so fast that to the average eye they could not be seen at all. Slash, strike, dodge. Noctis tumbled to the ground and rolled as an underhanded slash threatened to rip his chest in two.
Noctis tried to recover, but Ren was faster and her blade tore open a gash across the man's chest to join the multiple others that already wept blood across his body. Noctis lunged forwards and swept for the woman's legs . With a single blow to the chest, the prince was sent spinning away. Ren chased him. Her sword leapt for the man's back but Noctis regained control and countered with a barrage of phantom blades. Ren broke her run just in time, a broke the blades with her tails.the hairs stood on end sharp and blades themselves.
The two locked eyes again and Ren smirked triumphantly.Rihan had set up flight cameras to broadcast the entire fight. The entire kingdom was watching the battle with anticipation. It was clear that the princes fate meant very little to them. To them the Caelum family was getting what they deserved.
Noctis leapt back as the wickedly sharp sword slashed for his chest. He was fast; but the blade nevertheless drew a red line across his skin. He hissed in pain. Before he could recover, the Ren reacted with a dozen shallow slashes and cuts. The aim was so true and the sword arm so strong that it was all Noctis could do to parry them. Ren seemed to posses a speed greater than his teleportation ability. Sweat dripped down his face as the prince realized that he was losing ground.
A crash of steel and the two blades met again. Noctis angled it so that the other would be deflected to the side – all he needed was one clean cut – but the other was just as skillful and held her position. His arms ached and for the first time in a while, Noctis got the idea that he was facing someone far above his own level.
His arms burned. His sword was starting to shake. Ren just wouldn't back off. Was she some kind of magictech cyborg? Noctis had seen them before. Warriors who augmented their fighting skills with technology.
A quick glance into his foe's eye killed that thought quickly. No, this was not a warrior who relied on things beyond her own control. This was skill alone.She probably was holding back to make it fair.He felt a shiver across his spine. This was one fight he wasn't entirely certain that he could win.A quick high heeled kick smashed into his gut and with a surprised exclamation, Noctis tumbled to the ground. Instinct took over and he rolled just as Rens blade descended like a guillotine and sliced into where he would have been.
He couldn't afford to fall here,he needed to avenge his friends. He surged forwards with a renewed offensive, weaving a web of steel about himself as the two blades met again and again. Each of the fighters almost seemed lost to their own minds. Striking so quickly and with such force that even a single error could be the difference between life and death.

He'd expected the attack to resume at once, but the other had staled to let him get to his feet. At times like this, he almost wondered why they fought as they did? What had his family don't to cause this. Would all this fighting have come to pass if he'd surrendered? All the killing and blood shedding? he soon shook those thoughts away.
