Getting bored at home seemed to be Kitteridge's forte, espescially when everyone else was so busy fussing over her new aunts and uncles. There was nothing much for her to do with the bowls just yet, she would have to leave adventures for when they were older... Too bad, really. They were missing out on so much! Fall was here already!
"Oooh, that leaf's pretty!" She cooed, her nose nudging a small leaf upon the ground. "I wonder if Samantha would like to wear it on the side of her bowl..."
