Biography: He likes to keep his past a secret, but what he does reveal is that he was a tribute for District 1 when he was 17. His skill was with throwing knives. From his win, he went to tour the districts as the victor. During this tour he started to express interest on helping on the production of the games. His talks with the president at that timegot him ino the gamemaking side as a starting intern. During this time he proved he knew how to make the games interesting and harder for the tributes. The Head Gamemaster at that time saw his potential and made him a permanent addition to his team.

There's actually already a Head Gamemaker, I'm just waiting on the guy to get working on the profile.
I'd also like you to expand on his history a bit. The profile is where you get all these thoughts about your character down on paper, or screen in this case. There's a lot you could talk about.
Perhaps by expanding on the background, you'll also be able to expand on the personality a bit. There's a lot more to people than what you've got listed. If you're stuck, try talking about how other people view him compared to how he views himself.
Otherwise, this is a good start.
