Pia's father, an incubus, controlled her life, she was not aloud to see her mother, who was a human, he was afraid Pia would cast him aside and accept the way her mother lived. As a human. Not what she should be, a succubus. He spent his life pushing her into his lifestyle and she accepted it as her own. She soon felt she could leave and grow as what he wanted her to be. But, deep down she really wants to be her own person and not feel the need to do what her father wants and what she wants.
