Hunting down Tilawen was proving move difficult than he had anticipated, after all the girl it seemed was a magnet for kiandri. Whenever he thought that he was getting close suddenly the tracks would become erratic, a scuffle would become evident and then occasionally he would find charred remains of the scant brush, or in rarer cases sand that had been melted to form a sheet of glass.
So the girl was fighting back. This surprised him as his first encounter he had to 'save' her from a dragon that was intent on killing her. She had seemed indifferent to being saved..and now she was fighting practically for her life. What had changed to give her the desire to live? This was had him curious...that and he was hoping to convert her to the dark side.
A grin slipped onto his face as he imagined it, how the girl would bend to his will as she had ...no will of her own, how he would teach her how to kill without remorse..to be unfeeling... he had such great plans for that girl. His long dark body slipped through the night sands as he found that traveling in the sunlight caused for his dark skin to get noticed by dragons...as well it was just too hot to be moving about during the day.
However he would soon learn the kiandri here were clever beasts...in fact even though he trailed the tracks of Tilawen and a kiandri that followed her he wasn't aware of the fact one was following him...and soon it would be upon him.
Lost in his dream world of the young girl clinging to him was a perverts fantasy and it allowed him to lower his guard and be attacked. The fight was..brief as the firani drakein bellowed his rage at the fact his day dream had been interrupted. Managing to escape by hiding in the dark shadows, his eyes shut a tail to cover the green glow coming from his mouth and nostrils the kiandri moved past him. The drakein knew that he couldn't let himself be distracted like that again...at least not while he was out on a hunt of his own.
