Sin had been to the training grounds, once before with Nevada. He was pleasantly surprised, thinking that they had a better deal than those who were forced to fight in the mud. Although that sounded fun in its own way..

He held out his hand to feel the rain in his unclothed palm. He swore he could have heard a welcoming murmur inside of his head from his weapon. The rain would suit you after all. He concluded about the undine spirit hidden inside of his earring. Well, he couldn't say that he disliked the weather. It seemed pretty perfect in it's own way.

Sin walked into the training grounds to meet his already-present opponent. "Yeeeah." Sin couldn't say that he wasn't excited. After seeing everybody else's battles, he had been itching to do his own. "Yo!" He waved to his fellow contender. "My name in Sin, it's pretty fun meeting you under these terms."

"Let's have an enjoyable fight!" He held out his hand to shake the other male's hand. A polearm user, huh? He couldn't quite identify what type of weapon it was, having never seen that type before. To be fair, he detached his ear cuff with his other hand. The ear cuff glowed brightly before transforming into a large sword. It looked to be a fair fight.

SPECTATOR

Admittedly, Chel was interested in Milo. He'd beaten Evan, the guy she thought was the bread and butter of the Sun division- so he must've been good.

What she found was two hot guys dishing it out. This academy was the best thing to happen to Earth since pokemon. And pokemon were pretty damn great.

"C'mon Milo, throw yourself into it!" she hollered. She wasn't going to let Evan's loss be a fluke.

"There are no lies in the heat of battle." Sina greed good naturedly, knowing that thebest of friends could be made -- or revealed -- through a good battle. He wasn't exactly sure they would become 'brahs' but hey, he wasn't adverse to making new friends and comrades.

He looked over to the opponent's cheer leading squad. "You're pretty popular." He stated with a surveying glance. "I'm hurt." Sin joked to his opponent's encouragements, one could certainly feel the tension when a majority of the crown wanted to beat them down. Fortunately for Sin, he wasn't in this for the winning count -- he liked the fun that one found in new opponents. "W-whoa!" Sin didn't manage to dodge the hit on time, taking a good amount of damage from the pole-arm wielder to his shoulder in particular. "Don't we get a ready, set, go or something? Owch." It caused him to skid backwards on the training ground, barely catching himself in time to stop from stumbling.

His hand tightened around his sword hilt, jumping back up to land a hit on Milo. He made sure to use the blunt end -- he didn't want to kill anybody after all -- but he wasn't above damaging them. Despite their potential friend status, that was.

He grinned as he watched the two chat and start to get going. He knew he couldn't stick around long, having his own match to get to, but He wanted to at least see Milo get one good hit in.

If he didn't he'd just have to find him later and get on him about it. Maybe they could go spar or something. "Hit him good!"

"Hmph." Perhaps if Sin looked to the sidelines at the right time, he would spot a familiar woman with bright green eyes and colorful streaks of hair. He would also notice that Alaska was glaring at him for reasons he would probably never figure out. But at least she had come out, right? For support....right....?

"You've made up for it." Sin remarked, seeing some pretty nice hunters in the stands.

As Milo made his harem comment (which Sin didn't disagree with), Sin gave Chel a wink, hearing her suggestive comment. It was also right then that he felt a chill up his spine, and momentarily looked around to find out the source. He caught sight of Alaska's glaring face. His first reaction was to wave to her -- which resulted in the knock on his head by Milo -- and then silence at her disgruntled expression."Uhh.." He thought to himself. He had taken a peek at Alaska's battle -- he swore he did for his fellow sun comrade -- but he hadn't made cheered her on like others did, as he was running late to his own battle having overslept (just a tad bit). Or was there some other reason why she was mad..? "I'll make it up to you." He mouthed over the battle.

Why did Sin prefer a battle between two men than going to face an angry women.. Pfftttt....! She, his weapon, laughed, her voice shaking in her mirth at this situation.

He landed another hit to Milo's side this time -- but so far, this battle was even in terms of damage. "Hey, do you think battling is easier than dealing with women?" Sin asked in an undertone that could only be heard by Milo, lest he dig himself into a deeper hole.

He noted that she was glaring when he spotted Alaska at the side, and that was pretty much it besides the looks that Sin was giving her. Something was going on, and Milo mused to himself about what it could be; probably more interesting in his head of what than what it really was anyways.

Or maybe not, when he got handed a question. Milo blinked a few times, jumping from the hit to his side; it was like being elbowed in the ribs with a little more force. So, Milo responded in kind with jabbing Sin with the not so bladed end of his pole arm... a little harder than intended (well, it was a spar). "Dude, yeah," he laughed, "everything is easier than dealing with wahine, they're like crazy." His green eyes shifted to a few of them standing at the sides.

"But... you know, they're still great." Least any of them heard him. Really, take the good and take the bad like that song from the 80's or whatever said. "Just crazy and stuff." He added.
