Personality: Ivan is a calm, paranoid but intelligent, and hostile person. Always a calm person, always quiet and observant of his surroundings always thinking of a possibility or a situation causing him to become paranoid, Because of Ivan's paranoia he tends to question others goals or actions always thinking that their is a hidden intention. Tying into Ivan's calm, hostile , and paranoid personality is his high intelligence always seeing a bigger picture. Thou Ivan can be a very quiet individual he is a different person entirely when hunting, Becoming persistent and a bit cruel along with aggressive in his pursuit becoming a bit reckless in a battle at moments.

Biography: Ivan's background is somewhat unknown, But his underground reputation is far from secret. In his early twenties Ivan came into the underground world with a head start then others taking out his competition with out thinking twice often in the streets during daylight. Ivan talks little of his past but it has been suggested that he had once killed tribe members, For further in depth about his unspoken past, Ivan had not seen eye to eye with fellow Tribe Member's and so loosing his temper he offed them which was a challenge soon fleeing afterwards but not without witness spotting him. Other then that Ivan took time during his upcoming in the underworld to learn traits such as Blacksmith and cooking seeing as at time he could only trust himself and he had to make his own bullets.

Other: Ivan is Russian and often speaks Russian and uses it to further intimidate people. Ivan can speak English but does not have perfect English often confusing words and meanings.

Very well done, but there are a couple of things. For one, you don't need to put the Bound in flesh bit, that's innate to every Uratha. Gifts go there, powers you received from spirits in exchange for performing tasks. Of course if you do't traffic with spirits you probably won't have many. Another thing, your Primal Urge is really high. And I don't see too much to back up having a PU of 8. And your Biography is vague which doesn't help your situation much.

Looks nice. You don't have any Gifts but that's your choice. Typically upon joining a Tribe they teach you one or two, but again it's your call. Lastly, I like the Kakuzu picture, I find it very fitting on a well known criminal. Oh, and you may want to define Fleischer since I had to translate it to know what it meant. But most importantly, approved. Have at it.

Well the Werewolf section has Gift suggestions, and if your still unsure you can check the Wiki, the first one I think has the better Gift information. Though even there the information is scarce. But it's better than nothing. Other than that you can have whatever you want so long as it makes sense and is fair. And yeah I had already translated it as mentioned in my last post.
