Now that her second prey was dead and gone, Xenosa was making her way towards another kill. When one finally did get tired, it landed far from her so that by the time she was close enough it would fly away before she could even formulate a plan. The whole thing was just downright frustrating for her, and it was getting harder not to yell out her frustration. Though she had to keep calm and carry on, she already had two kills today and she was for sure going to get her third one.
The day was leaving far too quickly and before she knew it, darkness had descended upon her and the only thing that lite up the place was the blood red moon. Which was utterly creepy because it cast a crimson glow to everything it touched. So Xenosa gave up for the moment, decided it was far smarter to back off and come back tomorrow. Getting off her tree, Xenosa began the walk back home, not before she walked right into a pack of the Ayrala and woke them up from slumber. They all stared her down, and as Xen backed away, they followed.
Running for the trees would have been her best bet if she hadn’t been standing in an open plain. The dragons dove one by one, the larger ones trying to snatch her up as they plunged. Xenosa ran for the forest, looking back when the dragons approached her and diving and rolling out of their way when one got too close. Though she'd had enough, she stopped and turned taking the first one head on and planting too daggers in it's head as it tackled her. The others backed off then, she'd become dangerous to them after all. Xenosa grabbed up her last orb and walk into the shadows of the forest.
