The apartment building itself is nice. It's not high class and ritzy but she doesn't live in the slums ether. She is up on the 6th floor with a fair view overlooking downtown.
It's a small one room apartment with not a lot of stuff. The kitchens is good sized but it looks like she never makes use of with empty ramen cups and beer cans al over the counters. She has a few real dishes but not much.
The living room almost as bare with a small sofa against the far wall. A tv is propped up on a wooden box in front of the balcony door. A low setting coffee table sat int eh middle of the room with an ashtry over flowing with cigarette butts. On the other side of the room was a wall with a dart bored which had a classic picture of a vampire and werewolf fighting. Both creatures where riddled with holes and their heads where almost gone.
Her bedroom had a messy queen size bed what sits on the floor with a small crate for an table. A small digital alarm clock faced the bed leaving just enough room for her gun. In one corner is a small dresser and a gun safe where she keeps her extra ammo. The closest is fair sized with the door off its hinges and set off to the side.
The bathroom is as plain as the rest of the house. The shelves are stocked with medical supplies it treat wounds of all types and a few towels.
On the balcony are two metal folding chairs and a half dead plant.
The walls are a soft cream with a light brown carpet. The kitchen and bathroom both have a fake garnet laminate flooring.

Cody chuckled at her again as he parked the car and got out. "Everything is a lie around here. No one is every killed for no reason in this town.", he stated his constant thought as he leaned on the car and looked at her through his dark glasses. "Hunter or hunted. That what everyone is. That's how the world works.", he stated his opinion as he pushed off the car and paced out of the garage where he waited for her. He breathed out a sigh as he looked up into the night sky.

Insinuate - By treating the supernatural as people, rather than monsters the she can upset and strain their foes, making it harder for the opponents to focus on subsequent attacks.( It’s kinda like having a really good reputation and it makes you less likely of a target. But at the same time the monsters will come to you when they are backed in a corner. )
Potent Blood- there is something about her blood that makes her heal just a little faster than normal. This also means if a vampire feeds off her, they will get more from her blood than other humans. It makes this power a double edge sword.
"I guess that's true." She said leading him up to her apparent. "Sorry, I wasn't expecting company." Amanda said as she opened the door and turned on the light. She tossed the keys onto the coffee table as she went to the kitchen and pulled out a beer. "Want one?" She grabbed a second one before heading to the living room and setting the drinks down. Off she went again, this time to the bath room to grab her med kit and returned once more. She took a seat on the floor as she opened it up and started pulling things out. "make yourself at home Cody."

Cody kicked off his shoes after he stepped through the doorway. He closed the door behind him as he glanced about. He followed her with his eyes as she went from the kitchen to the living room before he followed her into the living room. He sat on the floor as he removed his backpack and sat it next to him as he breathed out. "Thanks.", he told her before she went to the bathroom for the med kit. He took up the beer and twisted off the bottle cap before flicking it onto his feet as he took a sip. "This place is neater then my little home.", he told her as she was digging in the med kit for supplies.

Amanda looked at him for a minute. "Really? this place isn't much." She said before cleaning herself up with an alcohol swabs. She let out a soft hiss as the alcohol burned slightly. She covered the bites with small bandages. "Done. Will if you need a place to crash your welcome to stay." Amanda said as she grabbed her beer. "But I get the bed." She took a few drinks before asking more questions. "Who are you with or do you hunt alone?"

Cody rubbed the back of his neck as she offered her place to stay if he couldn't make it home. Cody removed his hand from his neck as he sipped his beer before looking at her again as she asked him his affiliations. "I. . . am not really sure if I am allowed to tell you. Though I guess it can't hurt.", he stated his concerns before sipping at the beer in his hand. He put down the beer as he breathed out. "I'm a part of the Lucifuge.", he stated out his organization.

She almost fell over when she heard who he was with. The union would have her hide if they knew. Amanda chuckled as she finished off her beer and stood up. She went to the dart board and pulled out all six. Stepping back by the sofa she started to through them one by one. "Maybe I shouldn't let you stay. But then again I hunter on there own is a dead hunter." She spoke more to herself then to him. But it was clear she was talking about him. "I still need to find my target, but not tonight. And there is the matter of the one that attacked tonight. We need to track him down as well." All six darts hit the heads of the monsters. "Do you need to check in?"

Don't feel sorry if you decide to throw me out.", he announced as he sipped more beer down. "I do need a phone, though.", he stated as he looked back to her with his hidden eyes.

She pulled out her phone. It was an old basic flip phone but she always had signal. And when tracking monsters that's all that really matters. Amanda tossed it over before going to get the darts again. "Use mine. And I'm not going to toss you out. That would be cruel." She moved back and started throwing the darts once again. "So what was with the Christmas lights?"

Cody caught her phone as he set down the beer. He flipped it open and started punching in his check-in call number. "Have you ever bought Christmas lights in mass after Christmas? They go for way cheap. Saves on the budget and I like the colors when it comes to making holy water flasks.", he explained after his question which lead to his explanation. He finished punching in numbers before hitting call. ". . .Yeah, hello, it's me. Just checking in, still alive and all that. . . .No, none for today. . . No, I have not. I spoke to him this morning but nothing other then that. . . He is not a thing. Anyway! I gotta go. . . Yeah, understood. Goodbye.", he flipped the phone shut as he finished filling his report for the day. He breathed out a sigh then flipped her phone open as he deleted the number he dialed before closing it again.

"Problems on the home front?" Amanda asked as she grabbed her gun and started for the door. "Time for predawn rounds. You can join or stay here." She said with a yawn. The draining of some blood left her tired and feeling a little out of it but she still had a job to do. "Nice idea with the lights but it's not really my style." She said, taking out her badge and clipping it to her belt. "My partner has been missing for two days now." Amanda added as she reached the door.

Taking the silence as a yes she shoved her phone back into her pocket. "Lets go get some answers." she said as she headed out and down to the first floor. Amanda didn't go for her car, she just started walking. It was nice being in one of the few apartments downtown. Of cores this was her zone to patrol so it made since that she lived here.

She was yawning by the time she made it up to her apartment. As soon as the door opened she sat the cat down onto the floor. "run along kitty." Amanda said as she made her way in and locked the door behind her. first she pulled out a small cup from the kitchen and filled it up with water and sat it down. Then she opened a can of tuna. "I don't have cat food so this will have to do." she said, placing to tuna next to the cup. she make a small make shift litter box that she put into the bathroom. "Just down mess of the floor, ok kitty?' Amanda made her way to her bedroom and sat her gun beside her on the bed. In a matter of minutes she was out.
