 She was pregnant again. The third time had been perfect. Peep felt comfortable with her rounded belly, feeling the lives growing inside her. She loved them fiercely and while the actual pregnant part was now easy, she couldn't help but wonder what they would be like. Would they take after their father? The Acha was dozing now, resting in the grass under the shade of a tree.

This time the pull had been gentle, not insistent like some were when an expecting kin was actively looking for here. Starburst took her time, padding along quietly, alone. When she came upon the mother her eyes crinkled up into a pleased expression of fondness. She remembered this doe well and her blessing as well. Approaching on unusually loud paws so that she could give the doe enough warning, she came forward to lay herself down near the doe, regarding her gently. "Congratulations once again.

She heard the approach, her ear twitching and at first thought it was merely Safeguard returning from her hunt. Her assumption was quickly proven wrong. "Summer!" The doe exclaimed joyfully as the words echoed through her mind. Her eyes opened and with some effort she rolled herself into a more upright position. "It's so good to see you. How have you been? Oh, oh and thank you."

Starburst smiled easily at Peep, ears pressed forward attentive and cheerful. Her tail flicked behind her and she nodded, accepting Peep's thanks. "Quite well, thank you," she responded. Fond and warm, she nodded at Peeps belly and said, "You look well. I hope this clutch is treating you kindly."

Peep smiled happily back. "Oh yes, they're very well-behaved. I think my body is getting used to it." She sighed happily. Being a mother was always wonderful. "My other children, the ones you blessed before, they're lovely. Perfect. Oh, they're all so beautiful and happy. I would love you to meet them some day."

"It does seem to get easier, or perhaps we just get used to being uncomfortable." Starburst thought fondly back to her own children, mirroring Peep's sigh with one of her own. "I'm so glad. I would love to meet them one day as well." She nodded, tail curling happily at the suggestion. "And how are your older children?"

Peep laughed. "Maybe." It did seem that things that had bothered her before, suddenly seemed less painful now that she gone through it twice before. After giving birth to four totoma babies, nothing else could compare. "They are well. The Totoma still worry about their names. Some of them i don't see as much anymore, but I they're all healthy and happy."

Starburst was certain that she had likely had much easier pregnancies than Peep. She could not imagine giving birth to totoma who came with fur and breath, but no names. She nodded, "They will earn them in time when the MotherFather wills it to be.""Tell me about this clutch. What dreams have you had for them? What secrets will you whisper to them when they are but sacs, eggs, or lambs on the ground?"

"Oh indeed." She could imagine the day already. Their happiness when they finally found their name. Peep turned her head to inspect her belly, gaze full of love. "This clutch... my dream is that they grow to understand themselves. I want them to be happy with who they are and always know I love them."

Starburst saw and understood the love that shined so clearly in Peep's gaze. She felt her heart echo with the love she felt for her own children, unconditional and true even before their births. She turned Peep's words around in her mind, eyes wandering the sky as she thought. She wondered if something had happened that would cause her to ask for the happiness of her children in this particular way. She would not pry though. If Peep wanted to talk, then Starburst would be here to listen, but not to push. "With a mother as loving as you are, I'm sure that they will never want for love. So may your children be gifted with the peace that knowing oneself can bring and let them find their lives' journeys significant and meaningful, fulfilling."

"Thank you..." Peep gave a soft sigh and a grateful smile. "Their father is somewhat troubled." That was putting it lightly. "Would you care to stay and talk?" Amorpheous If Starburst wants to stay, Peep will spill all the beans. girl talk yay! So if you wanna post again, go ahead, otherwise I'd say we're done <3

She smiled gently at Peep before standing up to move closer before settling down again. She tucked her paws under her body, tail curling comfortable onto the ground. "Of course. Whatever it is that you need to talk about, I'm here."
