Eyphah wasn't really sure why but he was feeling more eager then ever to get out and get to fighting. He wondered if it was partly to do with the meeting with that Oblivionite boy or if it was something more then that. He really had no idea, all he knew for certain that today he was just feeling... ready. As if knowing that there was a battle coming up was more then enough for to get him out of his cave, on his feet, and even had him rushing out at high speeds just so that he could get moving toward his goal... the goal today being a battle with more the Aiskala. One or many of them, he didn't really care at this point. All that really mattered now was that he wanted this, wanted a battle, wanted to tear those dragons apart so that he could get his meat and orbs! It was this almost sugar high in appearance excitement that had him all but racing across the snowy planes despite the fact that he could have just as easily, if not more easily, flown toward his destination.
No matter, he saw no reason to think too hard on it after all. It was likely just due to the fact that he'd gotten a good night sleep, that was all. No reason to think too deeply on having an eagerness to fight when he felt like that everyday. Sure, today the desire was stronger but for one like Eyphah it didn't matter in the least bit the level of his desire, he'd only worry if the desire to fight, kill, and win was suddenly missing. The fact that it was present and accounted for was the least of anyone's problems... well... except for the dragons, it was a big problem for them.
The Diabi's charging forward continued for some time until he spotted a pair of Aiskala dragons who seemed to be digging around in the snow looking for something. What it was they were after he had zero clue but the fact that they were so completely oblivious was more then enough for him. He saw no reason to even consider slowing down as he went at the dragons. There was a moment where the world seemed almost to slow down to a crawl, allowing the Diabi to get a good look at the two Aiskala, before he was crashing into them, his claws, teeth, and tail barb all going to work in a manner that was well practiced and eager on the part of the Drakein. He'd been in many, many battles in the past and as such there was no reason for him to even consider slowing down to over analyzing things, not when he knew he could defeat the Aiskala quite easily. He could do this in sleep he though to himself arrogantly and boldly.
It really didn't take him all that long to have the two finished off and the glittering orbs in his claws. He looked down at the pretty things before he grinned, "Wonderful, wonderful! It's time for you pretties to go and join the other Aiskala orbs that I've found." He told them, tail swishing, ever excited even though he had just run so far and battled so hard. Strange... he really shouldn't be as hyper as this... unless... it seemed to suddenly dawn on him what was going on and he couldn't help but to laugh, never happier then when he realized exactly what it was that was going on. It had started, hadn't it? The wonderful month in which all the dark creatures got stronger... excellent!
