The Gourmet Knights are an order of Bishokuya that follow a strict "Gourmet Doctrine" which states: "to entrust one's life completely to nature". This means shunning man-made medicines or anything else that would normally not be found in nature or is completely artificial. They live in Simple Diet Hill, a place where many of its populace also follow the Gourmet Doctrine. Toriko also stated that they are used to fasting so they can survive for a long time without eating.
Requirements:
~No Full Course Menu
~Must not eat on a Regular basis (Fasting)
~Must not use ingredients not found in the wilds
~Can't be a chef
Leader: Open (Perks: Starts off with 200,000 Calories and can fight on par with CL 50 beasts
Restrictions: Must stay on the island.)
Vice Leader: Open (Perks: 75,000 Calories and Can Fight on Par with CL 20 beast
Restrictions: Must stay on the island)

An organization much hated by the constitutional countries, seemingly made up completely of orphans and slum dogs from the crime slum Nerg, a non-IGO affiliated city. 10% of the prisoners in Gourmet Prison come from this city, giving it the nickname "Criminal-Producing Factory." The Yakuza, seemingly altruistic, are told by the Boss upon joining to repay their debt not to him, but to the "hungry children of the slums."
Requirements:
~Have a home in Nerg City
~Come from the slums/Be an orphan
~Can't have a companion that's not human

The International Gourmet Organization, or IGO, is the global organization responsible for maintaining order in the Gourmet Age, and defending civilians from dangerous animals and gourmet criminals. It administers the "Eight Gourmet Laws", and possibly other food-related laws, in the territories under its jurisdiction.

The Bishokukai is a criminal organization bent on stealing and poaching rare ingredients for their own benefit. Their goal is to eventually control all of the world's ingredients and establish a "Gourmet Empire"; the key ingredient being GOD.
Many of the Bishokukai's members are enhanced with Gourmet Cells, and they eat stolen ingredients to enhance their fighting power. As a result, the organization's ranks include some of the strongest fighters in the world, and many have monstrous appearances and abilities.
Requirements:
~Evil
~Gourmet Cells at atleast 3 (Only few can go higher)
~Calorie count of 600,000 to 7,000,000,000 (Depends on rank)
~Can only leave hideout when a rare ingredient is detected or in GT Robot
New Boss: (Perks: 7 billion calories, control over , Can create a full course menu out of creatures ranking from 50-200
Restrictions:Can't leave castle ((ONLY GT ROBOT CAN BE USED)) no companion can be had.)
Waiter: (Perks: 1 billion calories, and 3 GT robots
Restriction: Must stay at the bosses side at all time, No FCM)((Boss's aid))
Sommelier: (Perks: 500 Million Calories, and a GT robot
Restrictions: No FCM, Most likely not sent on search) ((Wine server))
Executive Chef: (Perks: 200 million Calories, and a GT robot
Restrictions: No FCM, must over see lower ranks.)
Head Chef: (Perks: 100 million Calories, and a GT robot
