Tallulah had given the pair of icy dragons a while to get bored with the way that they were pacing along back and forth at the edge of the chilly ocean water looking for him. It took them a while, likely due to them wanting to eat him since he was something new and strange in Aisko that might very well be tasty, or at least that might be what they were thinking. That or he was just coming to that conclusion because he had spent far too much time with Eyphah and now he was starting to think that everyone thought with their stomachs in the same manner in which the Diabi Drakein did. It could very well just be curiosity on their part since they might have never seen something like him before, not as though Merkein were common place. He didn't really want to think too badly of the ice dragons, sure they were creatures that Tallulah was meant to battle with but it didn't mean that he wanted to think ill of them.
If anything they were something to be respected since they were so dangerous and they held what it was that he needed so badly, that being the orbs. He wanted those orbs, needed them for his goals to become a Merkeinian, and as such he meant to fight them... he just wasn't going to take them on when they caught him off guard and he wasn't really sure about what they were able to do as far as fighting and magic was concerned. After the run in with the trio of Peisio he didn't want to risk getting caught in a magic spell and put into mortal danger when he had no real chance for being saved this time around. Eyphah didn't know he was here after all and his clan wasn't going to come out of the ocean to save him. He had been lucky in that fight and he didn't want to chance his luck again when it came to dragons. He had to be more careful, had to prepare, and had to get a good look at these icy dragons so that he might better know what it was that they were capable of. The two dragons that had chased him back to the water hadn't given him too much indication what they were able to do, instead they'd just splashed around in the water some.
It was only when they had left that he came out of the water, looking around, then went trailing along after the pair. He wanted to get a good look at them, learn from them, and hope against hope that they wouldn't see him. He wanted to learn about them after all in a manner that would allow him to better fight with them. He wasn't sure if he could use his powers to manipulate the water in this area since it was so overwhelmingly cold, he could try though he supposed. Not when the dragons were around though, not wanting to get caught training himself to manipulate the icy waters. Once he figured it out though, that he would be alright. His stalking of the pretty, glittering dragons continued for a while as he got used to what they were like, how they moved, where they might be vulnerable, how he should attack, and various other clues. After a time though one of the pair turned its attention to where he was creeping along, drawing a squeak from the Merkein, who was soon rushing off once more. This time the dragon didn't bother to follow, likely thinking that he was just some sort of carrion eater or stalker. Not how he wanted to be seen but he felt with all of this new information he would be able to truly fight these dragons once he had a good plan thought out for where and how to strike.
