Personality: Denise is, as culture would describe, a tomboy. Since she never really had a "mother figure", Denise was raised by her father and all the guys at the firehouse. She is compassionite towards people after seeing what her family deals with everyday, but is not afraid to run her mouth and call people out for behaving like an idiot.

History: Denise was raised by her father and the guys at the firehouse, which became her second home. If she was not at school or out with a friend, she was at the firehouse. While the firefighters were out on a multi-car pileup, a monster attacked Denise at the firehouse, causing a big fire that destroyed half of the building. When the firefighters rushed back to the burned up firehouse, Denise was standing in the ashes, unable to explain to them what happened. One of the guys, her "Uncle Mike" pulled her aside and explained to her about her mother, who is a goddess, and that he was sent her to watch over Denise and her father from these monsters. Uncle Mike explained that if she did not go to this camp for "half-bloods", that more of these monsters will try attacking her, and eventually will attack her own father.
