I'm curious, what is a jinn?
They're non-human supernatural creatures in Islam. They're sort of similar to demons, although as I understand it, not all jinn are evil. They have free will like humans, so they can be good or bad, and anything in between. They're mentioned in the Qur-an several times. Islamic Teacher, please feel free to correct, clarify, and expand, because I'm certainly no expert on the subject.
As for the overall topic regarding the supernatural...I'm a skeptic. I think it's absolutely possible that ghosts, spirits, etc. exist. Stranger things have happened. But I personally have not experienced anything especially convincing. My mother and sisters are convinced that our family's country house is haunted...which it might be, I guess. It's very old and has a somewhat macabre history, but I've never witnessed anything that couldn't be easily explained. I've heard some odd noises at night and have felt some cold spots, but...well, it's an old house. Old houses make all kinds of creaks and groans, and there's loads of perfectly ordinary reasons why some areas may feel noticeably cooler than others.
So...yeah, I'm open to the idea of ghosts existing, but I'm not convinced. I guess you could say I'm a ghost agnostic.
