Lucy-
Lucy Kingsmen is an open-minded, timid, shy, gentle, aloof, genuine, honest, quiet, and loyal individual. She is not very expressive with her facial features though. Lucy tends to remain by herself and avoids large crowds due to her glossophobia. She is a brilliant student in school. In her free time, she can be seen practicing her vocal and instrumental music or even writing her own.
Holly-
Holly Kingsmen is the opposite, split personality of Lucy. While Lucy being kind, Holly is an audacious, persistent, stubborn, psychotic, apathetic, erratic, violent, untrusting, and vicious individual. Holly treasures Lucy above all else. She is protective, possessive, loyal, and gentle to Lucy. She is able to whisper into Lucy's conscious mind. Holly is able to access Lucy's latent abilities. Holly will do anything to keep Lucy safe.
Bio:
Lucy's memories-
The few memories that Lucy retains were when she had been living in a research and training lab. It seemed like forever while she was at the facility. Every day was filled with medications, painful experimentation, and harsh training conditions that would leave Lucy barely managing to keep consciousness. She was never allowed to go outside and she was finely educated. Lucy was unsure of her purpose in the facility, until the day a regiment of highly armed forces invaded and had shut the whole project down. While Lucy had been found to her cell and transported to a temporary holding location, she had overheard some of the men talking about the project. It was a special project that was creating the perfect assassins, ones who could kill without a second thought and would take no sentimentality about doing so. The next thing Lucy knew was she was in a large room of high ranked government officials that had decided Lucy's fate. She was to be put into a hibernation state and never be allowed to be awakened. She was soon after, put to sleep in a capsule for a long time, but was awakened by someone who had fought for custody of Lucy. The deal was she was to be placed in the Amaterasu academy to keep her in check and train her. There, Lucy became a very dedicated student to her studies and her music.
Holly's memories-
Holly harbors the memories Lucy is missing in order to protect her. Lucy Kingsmen grew up in the shadow of her younger, twin brother, Lucifer Kingsmen. The Kingsmen were a family of deadly assassins and mercenaries. They were well-known patrons and supporters of Fuzen Academy for generations. Kingsmen were strict, had harsh principles, and gave no room for weakness. At a young age, Lucifer had fully developed his powers, but Lucy showed no signs of possessing any. In order to make up for this, Lucy made great achievements in her studies as a student and her musical activities, but her parents were not impressed. Lucy happened across an injured, young, white deer with feathered wings, in which she nursed back to health and bonded with. With her new companion she named Holly, Lucy was able to cope with the bullying and pressure from her parents and brother. On the twins' tenth birthday, Lucifer and their closest cousins, were taking pleasure in bullying Lucy again. Holly came to the rescue by ramming into Lucifer's back, leaving a bizarre imprint of deer antlers. Before he could retaliate, everyone was called in for the celebration. Later, Lucifer received many luxurious presents, whilst Lucy had gotten only two. Inside the first, that was labeled from Uncle Leonard, was a silver charm bracelet with two twelve-sided dice charms. The other had no name on it. Inside was something that sent a chill rampaging through Lucy's body. It was the cold, dead and mutilated head of Holly. Before Lucy passed out, her brother had laughed, a tear had spilled down her cheek, and Holly's head slightly glowed. Once Lucy had regained consciousness, the entire Kingsmen family had been slain, except for Lucifer, whom had barely managed to escape with his life, and she had been seized by a group secret government officers. By that time, Holly had wiped Lucy's memories and made it so that only she had access to those memories. In the facility, Holly was unable to manifest due to the psychological drugs that were given to Lucy. By the time Holly was able to speak to Lucy again, she was placed at the Amaterasu academy.

Abilities:
Miracle Blood-
Due to Lucy's Blood Elf lineage, her blood is similar to a living organism but with only one function: Survival. Her blood contains miraculous regenerative abilities to Lucy and can perform the same for others, if the blood is placed over the other's wounds. It also allows extreme endurance and super-physical capabilities.

Western Zodiac Embodiment-
Due to Lucy's Stellar Dragon bloodlines, she received the latent ability of Western Zodiac Embodiment. This is an ability to be able to be granted either a special extra ability or weapon based on the certain zodiac. The ability can be activated by utilizing the dice charms on her bracelet. Celestial Forms-
Due to both of Lucy's lineages, Lucy has the latent ability to evolve into two semi-dragon forms. These forms are activated after Lucy's miracle blood goes into a frenzied survival state, which is shown as the silver, flying deer charm on her bracelet glows. Once the charm is touched, Lucy's blood charges her physical body into one of her activated celestial forms in which Lucy is granted exponential increases of her physical capabilities, and in her Omega state, she is able to freely utilize her Western Zodiac Empowerment ability and in her Alpha state, she is granted and can only use is stellar prayers which are songs that she sings that produce unique effects to all that are able to hear. The three Stellar prayers are:
1. Sensibility Destruction
All who initially hear are stripped of all their basic senses. Lucy must continually sing this prayer to keep it's effect.
2. Falling Stars
This song summons large and highly destructive meteors to crash down upon her enemies or the area she has locked on to.
3. Grace of the Sleeping Star
This song summons a growing ball of destructive stellar energy that can blow away a large city if at fully size. The size can be controlled through the songs. Once executed, the users must instantly go into a regenerative hibernation (for 5 posts), where they must recharge depleted stellar energy.
