After his run in with the three Peisio that seemed to be so intent upon making a meal of him Tallulah was more then happy to spend some time with his family and mother. While at home in the pretty coral reefs Tallulah was given a good healing session by his mother who was quite the grand mage herself, with power that Tallulah aspired to. On top of that he was fed all of his favorite foods, something that he'd missed greatly since they were all water dwelling creatures. It all allowed him to regain his strength to its fullest, helping him to feel much better and ready to go forth once more and hunt the Peisio Dragons once more. If he were to back down from them and run he would never be able to look Eyphah in the eye again. Instead he needed to buck up, strengthen up, and maybe he would be ready to go and find his friend again sometime soon? He sure hoped so at least. It had only been a short while, a few days at the most, but he missed the big Diabi already.
On top of that he knew he couldn't give up because the Peisio Orbs were something he needed. He'd asked his mother about them, about the rumors that swirled around them, and she'd confirmed that for someone seeking the power of a Merkeinian that gathering orbs from the dragons of the same clan as you were a must. As such he knew that he was in need of as many Peisio Orbs as he could get his claws on. Adding those to his stash was really going to help him in the long run and he just couldn't wait! In the morning, after a big breakfast of giant squidphin, he was on his way back into the deep waters to see about finding and taking on a few more Peisio. He felt stronger then ever, excited for another battle, and eager to head out. The Merkein had promised his mother that he would be back once his hunts were over and before he headed out of the ocean again. He wanted her to know where he was heading after all, not wanting her to worry too much about him. She had many sons and daughters but she said that he worried her the most since he spent so much time out of the water, as such he figured it best to let her know where to find him if she needed him when he could.
It didn't take long at all for him to find what he was after, something that was a bit of a relief to him since he didn't want to think about the possibility that those three that his clan had defeated were the only ones in the area. It would seem as there more, plenty more since he'd found two so quickly, and he was only to happy to throw himself into the battle against them. His mother suggested that he use his magic against them at the start of the battle. He was quick to do as she had told him to do, entangling one of them in the water then pummeled another of them, when they were both thrown off guard he raced forward through the salty water, using his teeth and claws to finish off the pummeled and dazed one first. Once that one was done he caught hold of its orb in his mouth and attacked the second with all of his claws at once. The plus side to being under water, he could kick and slashing with all four feet, something that was impossible above the surface since he couldn't fly.
The second one soon vanishing as well, leaving him to catch the second orb in his left forefoot. He was quick to spit the first one into his right forefoot and and starred down at them, eyes wide with delight, "Wow! Yes! Peisio orbs!" The Merkein squealed, all but dancing around as he celebrated the fact that he had gotten his claws on the wonderful orbs that would bring him one step closer to the goal that he and Eyphah shared. It was only a matter of time now!
