If you didn't get them signed up, your student can still attend the event through visiting booths and spectating! Once again horsemen, visitors/quests, and citizens do not need to have signed up in order to play!
If you want to create a booth for your club/prospective club/business and didn't get one signed up, just PM me (lizbot) with the booth form! You can create a booth at any point in the event!

About Stats:
Each Y1 student gets 20 points for you to distribute into their stats
Each Y2 student gets 25 points for you to distribute into their stats
Each Y3 student gets 30 points for you to distribute into their stats
