But when she left, Shanna had thought she would find somewhere, someone, or something interesting long before now. Her long journey was making her weary. She hoped that this leg of the search would be at an end soon, that she would find somewhere to stay for a little while. She knew without a doubt that there was something she just had to find.
And as the sun began to sink below the horizon, Shanna had nearly given up hoping that today would be the day she could stop travelling for now. But then, in the distance, she was nearly certain that the sun was glaring off the roof of some sort of large building. Her gait quickened, and as she arrived, Shanna noticed that it appeared to be a school of some sort. "I wonder what I'll find here?" she asked aloud. The gate was cracked open, so she slipped through to find out more.
