I oddly feel as though I'm being summoned to this thread. The term "traps" were mentioned. Along with age gaps.

Now, for an idea...
Maybe something like...
Outside of school, the student cross dresses and meets the teacher. But the teacher doesn't know who he is.
But eventually, he would find out... But only after he's already started to realize his feelings towards him.
Something like that?
