{ HUMAN ASPECT }  : Name : Jeremiah Reece: Age : Early 50s: Occupation : Multi-Family Graveyard Caretaker: Appearance : Jeremiah is an older man, into his fifties with gray hair and fading brown eyes. Being outdoors (and when it is usually dark) often, he dresses more for comfort and warmth than fashion. His clothes are worn from use beyond the years of intent - faded and often patched. Typically, he wears dark and drab. If it wasn't for his gray hair from age and pale skin from lack of sunlight, he would blend rather well in the shadows.: Home : Caretaker's house in a multi-family graveyard.: Parents : He long forgot their names.: Prized Possession : Faded picture of his deceased wife, Tabitha.: Personality : A very reserved individual, Jeremiah prefers the company of his memories. He is skeptical of those in the graveyard. He is usually only now approached by the head of each of the families of the graveyard he watches over. Jeremiah takes his duties very seriously, and would now pause to confront those he feels is a threat.: History : Jeremiah was born to a poor family. He had a standard upbringing: parents that scraped to keep enough food on the table and tried to raise him and his siblings to adulthood. His parents died young and he was the only one to live past the age of eighteen. He met Tabitha, the daughter of the baker, when he was sixteen. Of course, her father did not approve and the two ended up running away together. Jeremiah got lucky when it came to finding a job. He caught some grave-robbers at a small family cemetery and was able to return the belongings of the dead to the family. He was offered the position of caretaker - a meager salary but it included a home and food on the table. It also helped that Tabitha was a wonderful cook and became the family's cook as well. Him and Tabitha were happy. Never blessed with children, they had all their time to each other. The graveyard grew to include multiple other families (at a prime rate) due to Jeremiah's diligence and upkeep of the grounds. No robber got passed him and he delved in slight landscaping to help pass the time.
Tabitha died shortly after her thirty-fifth birthday from fever. It came unexpectedly, and Jeremiah never really got over her death. He was given a plot on the land for her to be buried. He visits her every day.
He prowls the graveyard now, an ugly and rough-looking wolfhound, Pol, at his side. A shadow seems to follow him, with shifting darkness and eyes of gold.
