The camera fades-in to show, you guessed it, Hammerhead Cartwright to huge cheers from the fans. Everybody loves Hammerheads. They are the best sharks you see. Cartwright is carrying a big balloon that is shaped like a hammer in one hand and a toy hammer head shark in the other hand.
Cartwright: "Last week, I advanced in the tournament by winning my match!"
Crowd: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Cartwright: "But it was thanks to my own tag team partner AJ Warner attacking me!"
Crowd: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Cartwright: "I would have won that match on my own, I don't need any help!"
Crowd: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Cartwright: "But AJ caused the DQ anyway because he is jealous of my popularity and huge c**k!"
Crowd: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Cartwright: "He has a tiny c**k!"
Crowd: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Cartwright: "If he really wanted to help me win, he could have given me a light slap or something instead of that huge slam!"
Crowd: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Cartwright: "My opponent, Stephan Thompson, was a huge p***k after the match and not in a good way as he attacked me after the match, hurting my ankle!"
Crowd: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Cartwright: "But you, my glorious and fantastic Hammer Heads, saved me!"
Crowd: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Cartwright: "I don't think you're all crazy!"
Crowd: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Cartwright: "Tonight I will win the next round of the tournament by making someone tap-out, because it is a submission only match!"
Cartwright: "I know loads of submissions! The Armlock! The Armbar! The Half Crab! The Boston Crab! The Full Crab! The Three Quarters Crab! The One Third Crab! The Armbar!"
Cartwright: "And if my opponent from last week Stephan Thompson thinks he can get away with what he did last week, well, he can't either! I will finish him!"
As Cartwright finally shut his over-sized and over-confident mouth, Stephan Thompson would make his way out from the back with no music, looking down the ramp at Hammerhead Cartwright with a very pissed off look on his face. He would pause for a minute, looking around the arena filled with drunken buffoons that were chanting for this idiot who stood in the ring holding a balloon. Stephan would shake his head and finally speak again.
"You know something Cartwright, I used to have a lot of respect for you, but looking at you now I have to say I am disappointed. When I was younger I used to watch you on a certain hardcore federation, you might have heard of it..considering you used to own it."
Crowd: "E-E-DUB E-E-DUB E-E-DUB"
Thompson would nod his head as the crowd began to chant for the cornerstone that was EEW, but how was this relevent to PWS, and what was going on right now. Thompson would raise the mic back up to speak again.
"Do you hear that? That sounds a hell of a lot better then a Hammerhead chant dontcha think? You probably think I assaulted you last week for no reason don't you after all, we have only faced each other one time since I started my career. But you couldn't be more wrong Cartwright, I did what I did to show you how far you have fallen. Sure you can come out here and get cheap pops from the crowd by walking around with a balloon, but is that really what you want to be remembered as? Because the Cartwright I remember boasted of his talent, and was able to back it up in the ring with such skill that NO ONE would question how good you were. But the man I faced last week looked tired and unmotivated, and the ONLY reason you beat me is because the match was decided by AJ Warner, who I will get to in a minute."
The crowd in attendance was fully prepared to boo the s**t out of Thompson for the way he treated their beloved Cartwright last week, but after listening, this guy was making sense. Thompson would continue on, as he finally started to make his way down the ramp toward the ring.
"So lets face it, you may still be in the tournament, but we both know who the better man between us is, I mean hell when you were naming off submissions you said Armbar twice. And what the hell is a "One Third Crab" anyway, you Cartwright, are a joke when it comes to submission wrestling and you saying that you can 'finish me' is an even bigger joke. Hell I don't even think you have what it takes to put on an A+ match anymore, because quite frankly I think you've gone soft. Much like everyone else from you're class of superstars..maybe you should join them in retirement and leave the wrestling to people who can still actually carry on a decent match."
Thompson would slide into the ring and upon coming to his feet would continue to speak.
"You know something though, something in me thinks that you just might think that you CAN beat me, and I want to give that chance right now. So come on 'Hammerhead' show me what makes you think you can take the name of one of the most fierce creatures of the sea by stepping up to against a Great White shark and lets see who the better man really is."
With that Thompson would drop the mic and pull his shirt off, tossing it out to the crowd, and it was caught by a Cartwright loyalist, who tore the shirt to shreds and threw it back into the ring.
((Nice add with the shirt shredding! It's a crazy fan base! blaugh ))
This Thompson guy is such a buzzkill! He talks too much! He thinks that long-dead feds still matter and his points about it contain any relevancy to PWS! That was a different time at a different place! Thompson wants to reminisce about when Cartwright owned the biggest promotion in wrestling and that's cool because Cartwright was proud of his past achievement. From 2006 to 2010, if you weren't in Extreme Entertainment Wrestling, you were a nobody missing out on all the fun! That's no BS, that's the truth! You can ask anyone about EEW and they will back Cartwright up on it! But anyway, if he thinks Cartwright is a lesser man now than he was then, well he is mistaken. Back then Cartwright was still young in the business (and already making such a big impact of course), now he is older, wiser, crazier and meaner!
Cartwright would respond to the strange man with words, but he has made it clear with his stripping that he is done talking and that he wants to fight. Well, Cartwright wants to fight too. He wants revenge on this weirdo who attacked him for invalid reasons! Cartwright throws his big balloon hammer into the fans and a fight breaks-out between them as they try to claim the hammer for themselves. He throws the toy hammer head shark in the other direction to the same results. Cartwright thinks that Thompson is a brave but silly man for coming out here again in-front of all his fans, they could decide to riot and attack him again like last week! Cartwright raises his fists up and looks at Thompson, ready for not a wrestling match, but a bloody fight.

"Hold it."
The rabid fan base had booed extremely loud when they heard Cartwright's friend and foe emerge through the black curtain with his tag team championship around his waist. AJ wouldn't wait for this wild crowd to silence, he was going to speak and they were going to listen. After all, he had so much to explain. Why would he return, suplex his tag team partner and leave while Strikeforce injured the legendary wrestler? Answers followed questions. Warner raised the microphone to his lips as he paced back and fourth at the top of the ramp.
"I find this pissing contest as interesting as the next guy does, but the only reason I came out here is to explain my side of the story. Because quite frankly, you two can argue all you want over who's the toughest, but look at the facts, Jack. The toughest man you'll ever see is talking to you right now."
"You Tapped Out!" chants had burst from the audience, but again, AJ tried to pay them no mind, for acknowledging them was well, a distraction, if you will. Warner went to speak again but he couldn't deny that the chants had become so vocal, even he had to wait for them to simmer down before he could continue. After a majority of the fans stopped chanting, Warner looked over to the two men in the ring with a casual grimace. He had stopped pacing back and fourth and occasionally pointed to the two gentlemen during his speech.
"Did it ever occur to you... that the only reason you two are comparing sizes, is because I threw thing one on his head, and thing two is butthurt over his loss? I was listening in the back to your guys' rants, and there are some things I need to address so you both can keep quiet. Let's start with you, Thompson. You say that my tag team partner here needs to retire like the rest of his class... my class. You say that we should leave wrestling to people who can still have a decent match, and you slander your elders in my ring. Well, according to my knowledge, I don't remember any blockbuster match you've ever been in. So remind yourself to think before you speak, or else you will make a fool out of your young and naive self over, and over... and over, and over again."
A mixed reaction, but mostly positive actually for Warner. Any time a heel was being berated, no matter who it was from, it was followed with a positive response. AJ smirked and looked down, chuckling away from the mic as he began to pace himself back and forth again.
"But you make a point, young gun. I agree whole-heartedly about Cartwright. How he's resorted to cheap pops and humor to be liked. You see, every wrestler has a cult following. I have a few fans of my own believe it or not, and they may not like what I say or how I say it, but I'll be damned if they don't call me the best wrestler in the world. Cartwright... your following seems to like you for jokes. You might be overshadowed by your comedy rather than your ruthlessness. I remember when you beat me, when I was the one who tapped out, and I attacked you... but there was no fight back? Hell, even after last week, I expected that there would be Hell to pay, in fact I was hoping there would be... but nothing. I don't want to share belts with a person who will only work from bell-to-bell, I want my tag team champion to fight like he's always swimming in an ocean of blood. But you want to prove me wrong don't you? You want to prove that you're as tough as your nonsensical fans say you are, right? After all, you got a reputation to live up to!... and you, Thompson. You don't even HAVE a reputation, so why don't you try to prove that you can even hold a candle to your predecessors? Well, I got an idea!"
AJ stopped with his finger raised in the air and a smile. He then dropped his arm and looked to the two men in the ring with a changed expression, reading determined, cocky, and competitive. That was usually Warner's demeanor anyhow.
"No stipulations, normal rules, a pure wrestling match. Triple threat between you two clowns and myself at the next pay-per-view. Maybe one of you two can prove yourselves there, but don't forget... you two are stepping in the ring with the greatest wrestler and most athletic son-of-a-b***h this business has ever seen."
(hey didn't I make you walk out in a match in CWA XP..I think THAT was a blockbuster lol.)
Thompson would listen to Warner run his mouth from the ramp, only a coward doesn't come down to the ring to say the things that he just said to Thompson. He must not have noticed that his little stunt last week cost this young man his current undefeated streak in PWS....a streak which he was not happy ended due to such underhanded tactics from Warner. He would walk across the ring and bend down picking up his mic and looked over at Cartwright for a moment before turning his attention to Warner as he began to speak.
"You know something..you may just have a point there Warner. Who am I to come out here and boast that I am so damn great? What on Earth gives a rookie that right? Well I'm gonna tell you, it's because I have something that neither of you two have and that is I have something to prove, and the skill set to back up my big mouth. You want to talk about going to war? Before I came to PWS I was training to enter the UFC, an environment that neither of you two "athletes" would survive 20 seconds past the opening bell."
Crowd: "Boring...Boring...Boring!"
"You want to talk about athleticism Warner, and you have the nerve to ask me to step into the ring with the two of you? How stupid do you think I am?"
Crowd: "What?"
"Well I'm gonna tell ya something, when it comes to wrestling, you may know a little more then me, but when it comes to winning a war between the three of us, I think it goes without saying that that will be a walk in the park. So against my better judgement I accept your challenge and look forward to showing you just how big of a star PWS has in me when I make the two of you look foolish in the middle of this ring. But don't take my word for it, let me show you just how serious I am...."
And Thompson would trail off mid-sentence, looking to grip the mic in his hand and smash it directly into Cartwright's skull..what was this guys deal?

THUMP! A static sound blasts out of the arena speakers. Thompson gets in a cheap-shot as Cartwright listened to him and his tag team partner AJ. Cartwright holds his forehead after staggering backwards into the turnbuckle from the blow as the crowd give Stephan, the PWS 'star', blistering boos.
But Cartwright is feigning that he is more hurt than he actually is! Having had enough of Thompson, who's revealed himself as some UFC wannabe, Cartwright unleashes his fury by aiming a big right hook across Thompsons jaw! Cartwright ain't some jabroni that Stephan can attack as he likes to make a point to Warner and he's about to prove that!
Well that was certainly not what Thompson expected, normally when you hit someone in the head with a hard a** microphone, they tend to fall down, but not Hammerhead Cartwirght..maybe there was more to this guy then Thompson thought. He wouldn't have time to ponder on that for too long though, as Cartwright was making his way back over to Thompson looking to throw a right hook, apparently he missed the part of Thompson's speech where he told Cartwright that he was an amateur cage fighter, so even though Cartwrights punch connected, and it did make Thompson stumble back a few steps, Thompson would look to fire back with a nasty left uppercut trying to catch Cartwright flush in the bottom of his chin, now if that doesn't take him off his feet then maybe Thompson bit off a little more then he can chew.

Thompson didn't get the hint and continues to try and fight with Cartwright! blaugh He somehow thinks having a little bit of MMA training makes him an invincible superman, if only life was so easy! Cartwright launches himself forward at Stephan as he attempted the uppercut, Cartwright had other ideas in mind as he tries to tackle him down the the mat and show the wannabe who's the master with rights to the face!
Seeing the two brawl was all AJ needed to see. There wasn't any need to involve himself if these two were going to have bad blood. They could focus on one another, for Warner knew (or assumed) that he was the real threat between the three of them, and if he could continue to be underestimated, this match was in the bag. The Suplex Shooter sat Indian-style at the top of the ramp and watched the fight go on, his chin resting on is hand in an apathetic and restful manner.

See that is just what Thompson expected that Cartwright would try, and when he was took down, he would try and cover up to avoid being hit in the face so many times and would try and figure out the rhythm of Cartwrights punches to try and time it to the point where he could try and catch one to pull The 'Talented' One into a guillotine chokehold.
((Arson PMed to try and fix this mess of a arrpee! rofl ))

(Got green Light) Pantera quickly ran out of the stage, he heard the crowd cheer as he arrived. "You wanted a fighter you got one." Pantera ran down the ramp and slid into the ring thru the bottom ropes. As he got closer he looked to hit Thompson with a few punches.

With that, AJ stood up with a laugh, shaking head as he exited the ramp and made his way to the locker room. This whole segment turned into a giant brawl, one he was not apart of. One that would affect his proposed match in good ways rather than bad, more than likely.

(Yay...I drew Heel Heat mrgreen )
Thompson was caught directly in the nose by the right from Pantera, and would instantly release Cartwright holding his face as he laid on his back, stunned from the sudden blow to the face. His eyes even teared up, how much more helpless could a guy be?
After the first punch he tried to pull Thompson off Cartwright. Pantera attempted to wrap his arms around his neck and head to pull Thompson into a choke of his own, the rear naked choke.
