My Story:
Ah yes, it brings me wonderful memories, I was born in France and yes.. it's cliche for a cook/ culinary professor to be from France.. But I was born to cook, and also my last name means cake in french.. Oh yeah! I love baking too.. I would always bake little sweets and pastries with my mother and my two younger sisters.. My father and my younger brother would be the taste testers but they just want a reason to eat them heheh~
Let's see.. I always had a passion for cooking and baking, I had lots of friends, I had great marks and the teachers were always nice to me.. In my high school years, I ran a small bakery and cattery.. My Mother and sisters would help out and my father and brother would taste test new things I come up..
After finishing high school, I thought I want to teach young ones, the wonders of cooking and baking and show my passion for them, and I hope they would enjoy as much as I did when I was their age
