Everyone possibly except the new guys that are trying to stay and putting up with the b/s of TNWF right now. But if we're going to talk about history lets start why this Guild went from being so successful to here with noobs posting every and anything stupid thing. I was the former captain of TNWF why? Because a pattern occurs after awhile as boss and even if your active the members turn on you and that causes votes for new captains. Which is why Brody isn't captain neither myself. Brody was an excellent captain but when he made matches no one ever posted in them some did the ones who cared some posted when they felt like and which is why if you see matches in the brand forums you'll see two posts maybe 3. TNWF was banded together by friends but those same friends are twats they turn on you in every which way I was voted down because I was the only strict captain. The only captain who kept this guild in order and running from the beginning of the summer til August when it got to be too much and y'know I'm glad TNWF died because I was told I would be the death of this guild and I was without me it died. Others say its because of themselves but its because they are self centered. I directed this guild pass 6 successful pay per views and had a great crew from artists to match bookers and storyline heads. So yes at that time this place was considered a top efed but at the HIAC ppv in the 7c title forum where a user won the match people complained although earlier that night someone won the same way and they had no issue with it at all. From there I refused and keep my stand and they well used my rl photos to harass and slogans and after I stepped down this place became what it is. So thank those people for where TNWF is at I'd gladly point them out but its no use this is something I've wanted to express and maybe if they were premanently gone we could move forward instead of moving forward then months later ' we want a new captain'. So thank you for reading and drop your comments on how you think TNWF can be made to be successful.

Well me being in crew is definitely a fine start. Fresh blood means fresh ideas, and in order for TNWF to be fighting fit again, I definitely think two changes need to occur.
The biggest issue I have with TNWF is the timeframe in regard to cards. It always seems like the cards are rushed, usually done within a day or so, and many people might not be active in that timeframe to be able to compete in or complete matches. Where I RP, we have a 2-week maximum on regular cards, and 1 month for PPVs. This gives people time to RP and plan ahead should they need to. Along with that, we have two Auto rules in place. If someone doesn't respond to an action taking place on you within 48-hours of the post, you are given permission to say the move connects. If they don't respond to the auto-hit after 72-hours, the poster is permitted to write an ending to the match. I could see that easily being implemented here; it still gives time for people to really make matches their best and also provides some leeway should someone be unable to compete for a day or so.
The other issue is all the drama. There is a solution in place, but I hardly say it is being enforced. Well, I've got the power to enforce the contract. Anyone that violates the contract will abide by the penalties laid out in it. Anyone that hasn't signed the contract will NOT be booked in matches.
Finally, a small address to everyone:
You don't know me as well as most people here. However, I bring knowledge and new ideas to the guild. I am generally a friendly person and willing to listen and consider comments, suggestions, and criticisms. However, I am also not a pushover. If you decide to treat me poorly, I will treat you poorly. I'm a firm believer of the golden rule. If you start a fight with me, I'll end it soundly. And continued harassment will get your a** outta here faster than Kane's WWE title run.
...Real life, of course.
But yeah, just stay on my good side and you all should be fine.

I've been quite and low-key for the longest but enough is enough and I don't care if I get fired for this. But call it d**k-riding all you want but 100% Brian says it all and I agree why is this NOOB revolution taking over TNWF we been doing this since 09 so you new guys and rookies better bow down and remember who started this. Even the ******** banners look like s**t these cosplays are s**t I mean years of moments and experience is getting thrown away. Davon you are one of the founding fathers of this but you left and we made our paths and you come back thinking you know right and you sorta do however your managing is waaay outta control honestly I prefer Brody or Brian as captain. And this new guy who hasn't even had one match is a crew and talking tough to Brian like he's a legend needs to sit down. All I gotta say is either things change or I'm done TNWF is dying day by day we lost Trent Gio and damn near Andrew. But look here New guys those who don't know me by now I'm Devan and I speak my mind and I'm rebellious and I sure as hell can be disrespectful. So y'all need to think of something because these nooby post and cosplays are killing me.

I might be "new" here, but that doesn't mean I'm going to take a backseat to anybody. I offered to help revitalize TNWF using my knowledge from other wrestling RPs (and its pretty extensive); given that TNWF is a sinking ship, I highly suggest not biting the hand that feeds. I'm not saying you have to like me; hell, if you don't, good for you. I'm not looking for you to like me; I'm looking to help save this guild. Now, if you want to actually help contribute to reconstruction, then by all means, I am more than happy to listen to suggestions. However, if you're simply going to run around saying "I'm the greatest because I'm a vet and noobs need to sit down," then I suggest you take your RP business elsewhere...preferably somewhere where you can gain more originality.
