So yeah, got my account back, so my activity will be going up. Hurrahs all around.
Also, I've been thinking of reopening CWA, allocating it more toward having tournaments and general RP tweaking.

Kid_Omega91 Dion Necurat Also, I've been thinking of reopening CWA, allocating it more toward having tournaments and general RP tweaking. ..................Go On. Well, we're all involved in some guild or another that has a tournament (Chrono has several in EWA, for instance), and I'm thinking of making CWA more of the tournament guild. And I mean THE tournament guild. I'm planning on only hosting one. The King of RP. The tournament itself would be similar to how the G-Cup operates, but only with active members of the entire G-fed community (yes, even people we hate can participate). In other words, gathering a list of active members, we would nominate competitors for this tournament (up to, oh I don't know, some number). It also isn't strictly a combat tournament: Standard Matches - It IS a wrestling-based tournament, after all. These will be given point value based on how you win, in addition to meeting match requirements (ie: catering to the crowd, thumbing a ref, etc.). Promo Battle - Prior to the battle, each person will be given a topic to talk about in their promo. It can be anything, from ponies to penises (though likely not penises). Promos will be judged by a panel of 3-5 judges that will rate them based on content, relevance, length, fluidity, and grammar, obviously. The Final Battle - The finals will be an Iron Man match set inside a Hell in a Cell cage, and anything goes (with exception to outside interference). The two finalists are not permitted to plan spots for each other prior to the match beginning, and the time table for auto-hits will be reduced from 48-hours to 24-hours, meaning you will need to be active in this match-up. Let me know what you think; obviously a lot of this is spur of the moment thinking, and more ideas would be helpful.

I like it, would the actual match part of it be a single elimination tournament or a round robin league tourney?? Like I get that we get points for doing certain things like you listed but would we face every other participant or be split into blocks of certain amounts etc.

More than likely a round robin if we get enough people, but if not then I'm not really sure.

Who would the judges be?! surprised It would be on a first-come-first-serve volunteer basis, and you cannot be a participant in the promo battle. This way, we'll get a variety of people and viewpoints. I'd also like to see CONSTRUCTIVE comments on the promos; you know, positives, things they could work on, etc.

Just a heads up Dion, That match for the finals? Iron Man inside the Hell in a Cell? It was a designated Match Stipulation for a Championship in the original WXW guild run by Sonic Boom aka crew_Key. That championship was called the Diamond Title.

Unless its barred from anyone else using it, I don't see a problem in using the match type.
