It was a nice day so Trisha went outside for a little run. Though there was not nearly enough grassy plains to go frolicking, the trees provided excellent cover and a nice place to go out. While it made it a bit more difficult to see, she was also less likely to be seen, never mind that the sound of hooves on paths still carried. Still she was able to find some nice grass to munch, and even a few late season berries.

Returning from her run, she walked in the demon dorms and then spotted something.... adorable. He was cute and small and wandering the demon dorms, looking a bit lost.

And those ears, she just wanted to play with him. Did he play fetch? "Hello there fluffy." she greeted the boil as if talking to a younger nephew. Maybe he would play with her. Please play with her puppy.

Lost was an understatement. Akakios has gotten a set of information about classes, expectations, rules, goodness knows what all he had. He'd managed to make out a few words, but most of it was just giving him a headache. So rather than making any progress he was sitting in the commons area in a chair looking at the mess in his lap bewildered.

It was important, very important. And he couldn't make out more than a lick of it. This was not a good start to how one should start their career at a school. If he couldn't even manage things on his own, how was he going to manage to do what the voice said. He had to take care of himself before he could hope to protect anyone.

Woe be to he who was at a big school and could barely read letters.

Was that saying there was a gym class? That sounded easy. But he wasn't entirely sure where the gym was, or what some of it meant, so he found himself merely staring bewildered again. Which was where Trisha found him.

He was broken out of his squinting and trying to make heads and tails of things at the voice, literally jumping a bit in the chair as he looked up, at the ghoul before him bewildered as if she was as foreign as the words on the paper. And then her words sunk in enough to garner a smile as his ears flicked up, tail flicking a bit happily as the words. "Hahllo" He stated, not the least bothered with the nickname. What was it people also said? "Howh ahrah you tahdeh?" Yes. Excellent, greeting people with a smile and asking how they were. That was how to do it.

Trisha paused, having some difficulty understanding what the boil said. It sounded like a greeting. She walked closer resisting the urge to just scoop the boil up and wick him off to her room.

It sounded like a question... Oh! It was. "I'm doing fine thank you. And how are you?" She leaned in a little to be able to understand the boil through his accent. Was he foreign? Or did his vocal cords just not fully change yet?

A glance at the paperwork in front of him told her he was working on school work... wait was that admission paperwork? He must be new too!

Akakios was noticing something, a trend. People here were nice, so very nice. The voice and doors had left him in a good place. Trisha was smiling and looked curious, but not harmful. He'd yet to meet anyone who seemed mean, which just left a bit of a perpetual smile on his face.

So her reply was given a few quick nods. "Goohd!" He quickly chirped, tail wagging a bit as he noticed her eyes trailing to the work on his lap. He stared a moment at it, wondering what was curious about it until he realized he... might have doodled a few things on it instead of filling in answers.

Was that not normal? He pulled the sheets up towards himself at that point, an awkward grin on his face. Nothing to see there. Right? "Lahsa stuhff tah wraaht." He added, looking down at it. And read. It was just a lot to write and read in general.

"Oh yeah, defiantly a lot." going through all the paperwork had been a pain, and she wasn't even really done yet. She was working on it, really.

Trisha would get it done. Tomorrow. Maybe. It looked like the other student had been having the same problems she was with them, but his doodles were cute. Infact he was cute, she had to wonder how old he was, he didn't look that old, and he had that smile on his face, like he had never seen anything wrong in his life. She looked the doodles over grinning to herself.

"I'm still working on some of it too. A lot of it is just general rules, you know don't leave stuff in the halls, don't eat your homework, little stuff like that."
