That over there is our prison, needless to say that its hardly used, in fact we only ship those who are the terrors of society over there. They share the area with the mentally unstable so it keeps the criminal population down pretty good. The reason why we chose that area is because there are some pretty damn nasty critters that have made the reefs around the island their home, and they are extremely territorial, we usually have to bring them there on a special boat and often, if the criminals are bad enough the captain will just make them try and swim for it.
They never get to land.
