It had been a long time since Eternal Sailor Tsui did her patrols on her own, but she was certain that she could get back into the swing of things in no time at all. After all, there was once a time she not only did her patrols alone but she preferred it that way. Not because she disliked others or felt nervous around them, but because she used to think they'd get in the way, or worse, get hurt thanks to her brash actions. For awhile, she prowled the streets of Destiny City with only herself to keep company, only herself to blame if she got hurt or flubbed an attack or action. That had changed when she became Eternal and finally listened to other's advice to be a team player and accept help when she needed it, and Tsui felt that she was doing a great job with that.

Between her patrols with her girlfriend, the Jovians, and the Painite Survivors Support Group, Tsui thought she deserved a little break from the big crowds and do a little bit of hunting on her own. Not that it ever stayed that way. Tsui always had a way of attracting company of some kind, though it'd range between finding a fellow soldier in need of advice or assistance, or the other extreme of landing right smack dab in the middle of a fray.

Given her own ego and mentality right now, she could go for either or. As much as she thought she'd miss the days of hunting solo, Tsui had simply grown used to company, and she kept her senses on high alert, as she remained seated on the rooftop of a small diner not too far from her home near St. Mag's. She gave a huff, kicking her furry booted legs and giving a loud sigh, not even bothering to hide her restlessness. "Maybe tonight will be quiet for once? Nah... never happen."

Order or chaos auras were welcomed, as far as this tiger was concerned.

The wind in her hair had become Sailor Phact's reason for transforming. The 'battles' were mindless to a senshi that had to use whatever was on hand because she refused to carry around a hammer and to be honest, she really had not run into many people. Once a nega and once a senshi. Those two were enough to tell the difference between a chaos and order aura but still she would rather not run into either.

As far as Phact was concerned, she was a White Moon Senshi in name only. What purpose did they have?

Yet as she flipped from one roof to the next, her red eyes caught something off to the left. A woman sitting on a roof. Now normally she would have gone on but a millasecond later and a chill went up her spin. "Senshi?"

Phact mouthed to herself before changing direction and softening her landing on the dinner. "Hello?" Her voice was cautious but still light. She had never seen this one before but it had something on her back like the first sailor she ever met: butt wings? That had to be a good sign.

Tsui had felt the order signature as it was getting closer and she remained as she was, sitting poised and ready for some kind of action. As an Eternal, there was little for her to worry about in terms of the Negaverse and Dark Mirror Court, but the feel of an Order signature, weak or strong, was always a welcomed sensation within her.

She heard someone call out and she looked back at the Senshi that had arrived on the foottop with her, and Tsui flashed her comrade a lopsided but still welcoming smile. "Yeeeeeep, over here! Look for the tiger pelt and butt wings!"

There were other features about her that she could have used to describe herself besides the tiger stripes and the wings that indicated her rank. There were the bits of silver here and there, the scars at her waist, her weird up-do, but she figured she'd keep it simple for now. She jumped to her feet when the other Senshi made ontop of the diner, and she placed one hand to her scarred hip and the other gave her a friendly wave. "Hey there. I'm guessing you're a little new to this, huh? Or maybe just shy, but that's okay. I'm Eternal Sailor Tsui, Senshi of Tigers and general butt-kicker of the bad guys. Nice to meet you!"

It seemed that every day she was meeting a new Senshi or Page, but it wasn't an unwelcoming feeling. The more she met, the better she could get to know her court and could protect them.

To say she had just met a friendly face as an understatement. She had met one of the friendliest to date. At least she wasn't trying to show off like the last butt winged senshi she met. Still, Phact was still not 100% sure. The order aura was strong so she was with a friend but outside of that, she was still confused. At least her 'elder' broke the ice.

"A pleasure. They call me Sailor Phact, Senshi of Doves. Nice to meet a friendly face. Though I have to ask, what does the Eternal mean? Should I be saying New?" Phact honestly asked maybe before she culd hold back. As she looked up at the other woman's face before quickly scanning her form, she was a bit shocked at herself to find the question. Still, that quickly changed.

"Fur? Is it real?" Her fashion designer human self quickly came out as she saw the patches and eyed them. Each looked so beautiful and like something she had never seen before.

Then she stopped and looked up. "Wait, tigers? Does that mean I'm going to be covered in feathers one day?"

Tsui's smile remained pleasant and genuine, even when Phact was bombarding her with questions. Not the Tsui minded- after all, it was her duty as an Eternal to be helpful.

"Pleasure to meet you, Phact. Good to see another animal Senshi roaming around, though I'm surprised Pippin hasn't found you yet. Or maybe he did… he has a way of popping up when there's an animal Senshi that needs awakening or powering up." Tsui didn't want to make assumptions, but it was hard to not think of the adorable little calico that partook in her own awakening and her upgrade to Eternal. "An Eternal senshi is essentially a rank, and it's one of the highest one can go. There's a higher one, and thus far I only know of two Senshi that have reached the rank of Princess."

She couldn't help but chuckle, before shaking her head at her next question. "Nah, I think Phact is just fine. And you can just call me Tsui. Um, not sure if this is real tiger pelt… I'm hoping not because the thought of some of them sacrificing themselves for my attire would kind of rub my the wrong way. As for you? Maybe. I think you could pull it off, though!"

Pippin? The name made Phact look up and nod. "The cute little kitten that was only inches from the ground? He did seem to be very happy that I was an animal biased senshi. Though a bit surprised by me I think. Where does he go between us I wonder." It was a question she didn't expect an answer to but she had to smile that something that tiny could connected two strangers. "I guess he had something to do with you entering this life as well?"

Phact slowly smiled before she stepped back from the fur. "Thanks, I think." The girl chucked as well.

"But you said something just then that confused me. Princess. Pippin mentioned it as well but only about a Moon Princess that we serve? What do you mean their are two others? Are we servants to them as well?"

It then suddenly dawned on her and Phact's face went as white as her costume. "Oh! I'm so sorry. I'm throwing all these questions at you and here you are minding your own business. I should have learned last time I did that and had a punch to my face." She sighed shaking her head at the memory of that nega. It had been awhile but her arms stung when she thought about it. Maybe she should just go.

"Yup, Pippin was the cat that awakened me. I'm his little tiger," Tsui said, recalling her awakening with a dreamy smile on her face and chuckling at just how naive and silly she was back then. She had tried to use a taser on a youma, though a lot of good that did her. "He's also the one that helped me get my wings, so I owe a lot to the little guy. If it wasn't for him… well, who knows where I'd be, right?"

Dead, most likely, but who wanted to think of that? Tsui didn't want to, at least, and she was certain that she didn't want to drag down poor Phact with that on her mind. She listened to Phact's questions and she gave a dismissive wave at her apology. "Nah, nothing to apologize for. It's my job to help others in my court out in any way I can, so it's not bother! We do have a Moon Queen, but her whereabouts are unknown at the moment. Some think she's abandoned us, others might be waiting for her to return… the Negaverse is afraid of that and that's why they're so adamant about keeping her gone.

"As for the other two, they're two Senshi that have reached Princess status, but I don't think they're on the same level as the Moon Queen…" She tapped a finger to her chin on that one, uncertain of the details on that one but willing to admit it at least. "One is Princess Iris, Senshi of Rainbows, and the other is Princess Polaris, Senshi of Magnetism. I got a chance to see them both during the ambush last summer, and I can definitely see why they earned their wings. Trust me, they don't just hand those out to anybody."

The part where she mentioned a punch to the face disturbed Tsui, and she couldn't help but want to pry. "How new are you to this? I'm guessing you're run into a few Negas and Dark Mirror Senshi along the way, huh?"

Phact had to nod as Tsui spoke about Pippin. She was his dove as he had said. It made her wonder how many other animal senshi were out there that the little kitten knew. Maybe one day she would see him again as well. Even if he had started her on this path in life, she couldn't stay mad at such a cutie. He meant well and she didn't want to see him sad.

"Ambush last summer?" Phact muttered before a rather confused look crossed over her face. "Just how long has all of this been going on? Because you nailed it. I'm very knew to this and really, more confused than I like to admit. I have met a few other senshi but outside of that, this is still confusing. I go out when I can to 'patrol' like I was told and fight youma but I feel like there is more to it than that. Like a deeper reason we are White Moon Senshi than to just fight little merkat creatures or giant spiders."

She took a deep breath before carrying on. "A Nega and I did cross paths. Like a week after Pippin found me. She looked away and crossed her arms. She had been lucky. He threw one punch and that was it. It could have been worse Phact knew. I can see what you mean about them being afraid. He kept going on about how unfair it was that we 'aliens' had magic ability and that it was up to them to keep the humans safe. Though he personally thought they should enslave the normal humans. Though that didn't make sense to me. Aren't we all still humans?"

And then she turned her head back. Dark Mirror Senshi? There are other senshi out there on the Chaos side?"

Tsui's golden eyes widened but there was never any anger or disgust there in regards to how little Phact knew. After all, there was a time that she was just as new, starting out with only a little cat's word to go on, so she definitely understood where Phact was coming from. She walked over to the crates that were left on the rooftop of the diner they were on and took a seat, and she motioned for Phact to do the same, as if to prepare her for the lengthy explanation that was in order. Might as well have both of them comfortable for it.

"I've been a Senshi for over a year now… going on to two. I know others that have been Senshi for longer though, but it's been going on for awhile now." Tsui said, tucking her feet in and looking from the crates she hoped on top of. "As Senshi of the White Moon, our goal for the moment is to keep Destiny City safe from the likes of the Negaverse and the Dark Mirror Court, protect and save citizens and ourselves from their attacks. They're constantly collecting energy and starseeds, for what purpose, who knows, but it can't be good. There is a deeper reason than just to protect, but without a Queen, we're just sort of clueless. After awhile, you kind of make your own reason. Mine is to keep my fellow Senshi and Knights safe and never have to feel another crushing defeat like last summer…

"The Negaverse are a weird lot, and I think it's safe to say you shouldn't trust them," Tsui added, listening to Phact's encounter with the Negaverse and giving a rather disgruntled snort, though not in response to Phact herself. "They constantly go on about how our Moon Queen tried to enslave them in the past and that they're only trying to ensure that the same doesn't happen again. Which I can get… but then you get others that either take that fear to a whole new level of paranoia that they can't be reasoned with, and others that are just downright evil and insane. The one you encountered seems to be in the paranoid spectrum, and I hope you don't run into the evil and insane spectrum. Had my fair share of those…"

Her scars were definitive proof of that, and she felt it necessary to bring up one of the benefactors of those scars. "If you ever see a female general with pinkish-hair and a spear, run. Fast. She's all about murdering us, and I can tell you from experience, that spear hurts like hell.

"We're just as human as they are, and probably even more so sometimes. So that guy was probably just fed lies and is allowing that kind of fear get to him. I wouldn't worry about him, though. You're human, like me, like Polaris and the rest of the White Moon Court and knights," Tsui said with a confident nod, before moving on to the next topic, despite how unpleasant it might have been. "There's two types of chaos Senshi you need to watch out for. The first are the Corrupted Senshi of the Negaverse, and you'll know them from the black they wear in their uniform, and they'll have holes in their chest and forehead, from where their starseed was corrupted. The other are from the Dark Mirror Court, ruled by Ares- they also wear black, but they have a more regal look to them, have this sheer see-through material, and are on a totally different level of crazy on their own. But… I guess that's not really fair to call them that. They're just extremely true to their beliefs, and most of them probably just don't know any better."

SORRY FOR THE INFO DUMP!

Phact could read the shock on her face rather easily. It worried her for a moment that she had insulted the older senshi but that soon passed. Crossing the roof with the tiger, Phact took a seat on the crate and readied herself.

While Tsui talked, Phact sat in silence. She listened, trying to take it all in while trying to process this. For over the past year this had been going on and she didn't have a clue. How many other people had it affected without them ever knowing? Destiny City was a battle ground now and had been for much longer than she had been aware. This news made Phact's heart start to race.

As the elder senshi continued, Phact felt her hands fold in front of her mouth as if pondering everything she was being told. It took her several breaths after Tsui had finished her last statement before she looked up into the Tiger's eyes. "This battle really is bigger than any one of us." It was a simple statement but it struck the girl hard. Phact as her human self was used to working alone and not relying on others for much. But as she heard more and more, it was hard to deny that if any faction had any hope, they had to work together. But how? How could anyone bring that many people together for one cause? "But by the sound of it, outside of this Princess Ares you mentioned, which I guess is a dark form of someone like Princess Iris, all groups are missing their leaders? So no one knows for what the bigger picture is." It was a dark statement but one she needed to make sure of. Tsui had her personal reasons as she was sure everyone on either side of the coin did. However, something deep down really bothered the young Senshi.

"If this was something from the past, why are we awaking now? Not to mention, do any of us really have a choice as to which side we fight for?" Maybe she was getting too deep but Phact had to ask and who else could she if not for someone that had seen more and heard more than herself.

But she gave a weak smile. "I promise I'll run as fast as I can if I ever see her. I really do not want to be a dove kabob."

"Yup... and all because some silly moon princess fell in love with a prince on Earth waaaaay long ago in the past and the Negaverse feel as though the Queen was going to use that as an excuse to conquer our planet," Tsui said with a sigh, resting her chin on the palm and propping it up with her elbow resting on her knee. It might have been a little hypocritical of her to think ill of the two star-crossed lovers in the past, given that she herself had found love, but to start a war on the matter? It just seemed so... stupid!

In response to Phact's question, Tsui wasn't too happy to admit that she wasn't sure, and her shrug was weighted by this fact. "I'm... not sure. The Negaverse has their own leader, or group of leaders. I've only met one General-King and I was lucky to come out of that alive. But maybe they have a Queen, too? I'm not sure... you see, the Negaverse are smart in that they keep their higher ups and chain of command a secret. It's not everyday you'll run into a General-King or Queen, but trust me, if you feel this overwhelming sense of chaos... best bet is to get out of there. Not unless you have back up with you. In which case, you can always call me. I may only be an Eternal rank, but I'll do whatever I can to help!

"That's the thing, no one really knows. The Negaverse seems to think that we're waking up because of some dark and mysterious mission being handed to us by our Moon Queen, but... that makes no sense without knowing who awakened first. If the Negaverse woke up first, then we Senshi were reacting to that, which would mean that they're the ones causing trouble. If we woke up first, then they're the ones responding, which... means that their whole theory of us being big trouble might hold some water," Tsui said, scratching at her chin before giving a 'I've no clue' shrug. "But no one really knows the answer, and try as we might, I'm sure the hardcore loyalists in the Negaverse will refuse to believe us. It's a no win-scenario. If we don't power up, then their crazier ones are free to run amok the city. We power up, and we're only giving them fuel to keep fighting."

Maybe hoping for peace was an pointless endeavor? Still, Tsui would rather power up and fight then to allow the Negaverse and Dark Mirror Court free reign of the city. "I'll keep fighting them so long as they insist on making the citizens here their target. Even if that makes me a terrorist in the eyes of the public. Something powered by Chaos? Can't be a good thing, no matter what their intentions are."

She looked to Phact and gave an apologetic sigh, scratching the back of her head as she muttered. "Sorry you had to hear that. Probably not what you'd like to hear, but... that's that. Someday we'll find the answers, and we'll ALL be happy."

Sailor Phact's head shook with a start as she gazed at Tsui. She looked both mortified and angry. "All this started because two people fell in love? Oh great. It's Romeo and Juliet all over again. Just on a more massive scale. A galactic scale." The senshi in white let out a sigh and rolled her eyes.

But as they came to look back at the Eternal Senshi, Phact had to smile and shake her head. "No Tsui. I wanted to hear all that because in my own way, I guess I had some want that maybe peace could happen. I might be new to this but the more I take on this form and walk the city, the more I come to see that members of all sides seem both driven and yet confused."

She wasn't sure if that made sense at all but she leaned back on her hands and looked skyward. "If all of us have a tie to a planet, or star in my case, then we all have a tie to something out there. At least that's what I believe." Of course she had googled the word 'Phact' after meeting the loveable Pippin. She knew it was a star out there. "But I also believe that we are here on earth as humans now. You know, maybe the negaverse is just so in touch with their human desires that their actions become violent." It sounded so silly the moment it came out of her mouth that Phact had to drop her head back down and look towards Tsui with a sorry expression.

"You said though that no one knows the leaders or the chain of command of the Negaverse. What about our own? The White Moon Senshi. We can't all just be running around like chickens with our head's cut off? Is their someone we all answer to?" Bad expression but it made the point.

"Yeah, my thoughts exactly," Tsui said, remembering when Benitoite told her the tale and how her words mimicked Phact's almost perfectly. Two great minds think alike, they said, and Tsui found herself liking this one. Then again, there were so few senshi and knights that Tsui didn't like. Maybe not agree with, but never one she despised or wish ill upon. She kept her gaze and her attention solely on the new senshi, neither interrupting or chiming in until she was certain that she was done, and she took the time to take in her words and her observations. "Something's fishy, maybe one side has the story wrong, or both. Really, with so many accusations of us being the evil ones, yet they're the ones attacking civilians at social events… just seems stupid."

Though she was an experienced Senshi, in her own right, she still didn't want to consider putting herself in their shoes to understand their logic. The carnival, this other event called the Surrounding… if she was really part of the invaders, then how was it that only the Negaverse was striking out? They were the ones running around causing trouble, yet she was the terrorist.

It was just stupid. And Tsui didn't want to have to wrap her head around it. Nothing but politics, and she absolutely hated it. "Your theory fits, but good luck in trying to explain that to the nutjobs on the other side. I have a feeling that even if we offer them proof, they're just going to accuse us of something else or making up the evidence. Some can't be reasoned with."

And that was fine with Tsui. She could handle those with little to no dirt on her conscious. Let the smarter and wiser ones deal with diplomacy- Tsui was there to crack heads and help out the new recruits. "Supposedly we answer to the Moon Queen, but as I said, she's long gone. There are certain nights we can go to the Moon, but I've only been there once and haven't tried to go again. Maybe someone should do a real good sweep of the place… maybe we'll get some answers there."

Sailor Phact was only shaking her head as she took it all in. "There are two sides to every story." Her response held annoyance. It was the truth. Every story, every tale, had two sides and depending on who you knew or trusted depended on the side you would believe. Typical high school drama had taught her that. She had just hoped that would be left behind as she aged.

While Tsui did not want to wrap her head around it, Phact did. She wanted to understand pieces and the reasons behind it. Why they were being seen as the bad guys when it was the negaverse that was draining the energy and life out of everyone they came across. If the white moon was not there, who would stop the negaverse from turning the people of Earth into energy cattle?

"Are their leaders that twisted in the head that even they would not listen? Or be willing to work together to find peace?" She looked towards Tsui's experience as a senshi to answer that. She had only ever come across a man out to protect himself. Others were killers she knew but still. Were the people pulling the strings the same way?

And then Tsui's words made Phact completely sit up in shock and forget about the chaos lurking in the shadows. "We can go to the moon? How?" Her red eyes quickly jerked from the eternal senshi up to the glowly orb in the sky and then back. "Yes. I am sure some answers could be there. At least answers to what happened to it to start all of this." Phact seemed hopeful as she looked up again. Looking at her face would tell anyone she was already pondering what to do if she ever got there. Tsui had said someone should do a good sweep of the place. Phact wanted to be that person now.

"Yeah... and no one knows for sure which side is closest to the truth." Tsui said, giving a shrug and once again wishing she could offer more for Phact, even though she knew she had given her as much as she could. "But I can tell you one thing... someone with Chaos powering them can't be good. Maybe they're good, or they think they're doing the right thing, but the Chaos inside of them is definitely evil."

She kind of felt bad for saying it like that, but was it not the truth? Phact's question forced Tsui to think, and she scratched the back of her neck as she shrugged. "I doubt it. I mean, they're so intent that we're the trouble makers and a LOT of them just want to kill us on sight that any chance of extending a hand in peace just sort of seemed grounded before it could ever get started. We could try, but how can we possibly give them what some of them want? Those that don't want us dead want us off Earth, and there's really no way we can give them that. And not die anyway."

She wasn't quite expecting Phact's reaction, and it took her a moment to remember that, not too long ago, this was her. She smiled at her enthusiasm, not meaning to look as though she were laughing at her as she tried to explain. "Yep, the same way we can visit our old homes, though they're not a lot there nowadays. I got lucky... my home has life, but it's an overgrown jungle and I doubt anyone would be able to live there for long."

Then there was the matter of the tigers that may or may not be astral projections that guarded the outside and inside of the temple, and the connection between Tsui and Kallichore. But that was too much for Tsui to want to have to explain. "The rules to getting to the Moon are different because we can only go when it's in its full stage, but I'm sure we'd find SOMETHING there. Thus far, it's the only place I know of that's close enough to be inaccessible to Chaos of any kind, so we wouldn't be disturbed up there."
