Profiles
• Profiles are required for formal, in guild RP only. You may make your profile look however you want. Make them huge and fancy, or make them bare bones simple.
We only require that you include these things--
Name:
Gender:
Basic Personality:
Powers: All powers must be approved by staff. Try not to be vague; Each power must have some sort of draw back, be it physical or otherwise.
Backstory: Approval will be needed for Herla coming from out of the hartlands or with significant use of NPCs. Approval must come from Poisin Ivy Josephine. Try not to be vague; We don't need crazy amounts of detail, but we do need a decent amount to work with. Though you are always welcome to have a detailed backstory. By all means.
RP Logs: Rp’s that will count towards RP perks must be a full page in length. This is old. We're reworking it.
Staff approval
• Once your RP profile has been made, let us know so it can be approved by posting it in the Profile Approval section of the guild. Keep in mind, it is not your character that is being approved or disapproved. We're merely checking the powers and origin stories to make sure they meet the guidelines.
• Approval is only needed on herla that you would like to use any of these five things--
1. A backstory that puts them from out of the hartlands.
2. A backstory that involves any of the shops NPCs.
3. A backstory with anything that we as humans find taboo. Such as, but not limited to, rape, extreme violence or abuse, and incest.
4. A herla that has been altered to be robotic/futuristic in anyway.
5. A herla with any sort of power.
• Profiles for formal in guild RP are still required, that has not changed, nor will it. Should your herla not have any of the above mentioned items to their profile, then you do not have to post them for approval, but if you would like to, then you may still do so. Better to be safe than sorry.
Backstory Guidelines and Restrictions
• Very soon Poisin Ivy Josephine will be uploading a huge set of guidelines showing where Herla can originate from, and where they can't. If you have a Herla that deviates from where we’re currently allowing Herla to come from, please pm Poisin Ivy Josephine asking for permission before you make your profile. We’d hate for you to go through all of that trouble for nothing.
Power limitations
• Powers must have limitations, and be reasonable. Ex: Snow can turn things to Ice or make Ice form on things around her, as soon as she isn’t touching it, the ice disappears, if she were to walk into a lake, and make a big patch of ice around her, it would wear her out and she would need to take a nap.
RP Benefits
• We have them and more information will be released as we have the details.
