We are enacting a one dragon per flavor rule, the two Earl Grey that all ready exist with be the only exception to this rule. If a flavor exists it cannot be used as the flavor for another dragon.
The only exception to this would be in the extremely rare case of twins. But this would have an extremely small chance of happening. (details are still being worked out)
