He really should have taken the time to go shopping sooner. But the day for actual shopping had... been delayed. Something about bad luck and the world ending. Really, why would they do something like that to interrupt? All things aside, it merely meant he didn't have anything he could safely cook. At least not without begging assistance from Xiu or something. There was just too high of a chance he'd cause an explosion. Or something. Either way. It wouldn't end well, so rather than burning down his dorm room he'd decided to suck it up and eat... in the creepateria.
It couldn't be THAT bad. AT least not unless that memory served him well.
Either way, he found himself now staring down at his 'meal' and questioning it. The contents particularly. Why hadn't he just eaten out? What was this? A mixture of potato and...
He jabbed at it with his fork a bit, ears back as he focused on trying to figure out if it had just moved. Had it? He really hoped it hadn't. He preferred his meals quite death before he ingested them. Really. "Is this even safe?" Obviously a certain ice fox needed some convincing.

Making a lazy yawn, he walked into the creepateria. He rubbed his eyes like a little boy, it wasn't the right time for him to wake up. But when he was kicked by an angry minipet and rolled off his bed, he got no choice. Trouble was asking for a nice streaming pancakes served with honey and butter for its breakfast, so AJ had to scramble and zombie all the way to reach creepateria. You think he didn't have enough sleep? Yes - and no. He actually suffered from insomnia because someone he couldn't remember popped up in his mind occasionally. They was a "she". Someone he got an unsettling but important feeling for, he tried to think about her face, but it was all shadowed. Her voice was muted, he could just catch some fragments here and there. That vexed him so much. The lack of sleep was deteriorating him and giving him a bad temper hard to control. Anyway, after getting the food, he might go back to lie on his bed for a short rest before the lesson started, hopefully. " One pancake, takeout please-" He looked at the sparkly puppy snakey eyes of the Head, " -And 50 more dine-in, thank you." Oh, he looked at his wallet, it seemed the time to find more part-times. The creepateria seemed so empty in the early morning, so he was caught immediately by the blopping noise against the ceramics. Of course, he heard the question also. " Why don't you order some pancakes instead?"" He drew the chair out and sat down on the table, with a small puffed paper bag and a small pile of pancakes. On the edges of the tray was some small piles of honey and butter.

He'd only completed the gesture of pinning the thing down, he thought, when someone else spoke up, drawing his look to them. He found company at his table a second later, with a plate filled with more pancakes than he thought should fit. How did that kid eat them all..?
Wait, no... he'd seen that boil before. It took a moment before he realized it was that kid who's... yep there was the tail. The one that had snatched the candy right out of his hand and eaten it. Well no loss, he was going to throw it out, but perhaps that was why. Though, that also meant he likely knew what to eat? Maybe...
Then again the tail had eaten the candy so it was pretty debatable. But he couldn't argue that, while lacking in much proper nutritional value, the pancakes looked edible. "I... can't argue that." He stated simply after a moment before stabbing the lump that was meant to be some kind of omelette to halt it's movement again and pushing it away to get up and stride over. Pancakes it would be. And if his plate of questionable contents was gone when he came back he wouldn't cry over it.
It wasn't long before he returned with a new plate, this time with just three pancakes(Jack who needed fifty?) and sat back down. He wasn't going to move just because someone else was there. Besides, he had provided a bit of a solution to that problem. And so, now with something edible before him, he set about preparing them, only briefly giving the other student a look and offering a greeting.
Because he wasn't aware of AJ's usual nature enough to know with his own nature he should have been running. Far away. "Good morning."

For Molan's mistrust, the head demonstrated the "how". Without realizing AJ was talking to the bad guy he knew, he made a lunge towards the pancake hill. " My favouriteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! PANCAKESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS~" The epilog turned into a long hiss before it opened and extended its jaws and the pancakes all gone in the next second. Head's mouth was puffed, the munching underwent merrily. The sweetness of the honey and butter totally made its day. There was a little merry-go-around in its big head until he heard some bell rings. The crispiness drew the pupils of the head dilated. It started to search for the sound until its eye landed on the fox. Oh a fluffy that AJ would like so much! Wait! Wait! He's the bad guy! The bad guy that gave it the awful candies. " Meanie Mint!" Head was about to cry when it recalled how disgusting the candies were. AJ paused, looked at the head and then to the boil. Ah~! He fisted onto the palm. " You are Jinglebells, right? Andrew's friend." Of course the serpent-dragon totally mistook their true relationship. Head's exclaimation got ignored, it always acted so exaggerately that the boil got used to it. " Your mouth, Bro." He wiped the residues away. Taking care of the big baby was one of his daily jobs. After dealing with the head, AJ took a good look at Molan, head rested on both of his heads, a bit tired. The glance before he decided to close his eyes to nap a while completely changed his plan. What are those? He seemed to see something fluffy. He was like a flower waken up, he beamed at the fox. " Good morning. Pancakes might not be healthy, but it's safer than most of the foods, at least -" He thought of a baku who was an excellent baker. Well, he still didn't have the chance to taste the main dishes she cooked, but he was quite sure that she should be a good cook, of all kinds of delicacies. The chomped sentence didn't finished, but Molan received a wink. AJ wasn't hungry, but he devoured when the ears of the fox wiggled. Raja Head says: Pancake is yummy~ Who cares if it's not healthy.

As he returned and sat down he earned a bit of a comment from the... tail. Well ok. And it seemed that many of the pancakes previously heaped on a plate had vanished as well. A second slow okay went by in his head as he made a note to ensure his plate wasn't scarfed in the process. Though sadly, it seemed the questionable omelette was still there. Inching... toward the edge of the table. Right. He'd deal with it later.
At least his pancakes seemed edible. He'd count this as a success.
He was just working on his basic preparations for the pancakes when he heard the other boil speaking up and paused. Then glanced to stare at AJ for what he'd said. Friend? Andrew? Those two words should have never been put together when describing him. Never. And then the other section dug in as well. Jinglebells? Well he wasn't entirely upset at being known for his bells, if the nickname came from Andrew, which it did, it could go out back and die in it's grave again. "I have nothing to do with him. Ever." He stated while taking a moment to shift himself and is place a bit further away from the monster. "And I don't know what he has said, but my name most certainly isn't Jinglebells." He added frostily, going back to keeping to his plate with a bit of a quiet ha-rumph. Friend of Andrew's indeed.
Not. Likely.
He ignored the exchange of cleaning up the tail as he managed a bite of the pancakes, his tail flicking a bit back and forth still a bit cross as he began his meal that would hopefully end in peace now. Thankfully he hadn't wasted too much time associating with some random miscreant friend of Andrew's, or told him anything that might be leaked back to the flaming brat. But it wasn't to be so as the boil started to speak up again, staring straight at him.
Great.
He swallowed the bite before nodding. "Well, yes, they do appear to be safe Creepateria fare, that much is true." And they didn't taste bad at all to someone with as much of a sweet tooth as he had. Not that he'd admit it out loud. "But I try to keep a balanced diet, not that it's happening this morning." He added, merely trying to be polite. He'd keep the conversation void of anything that might end up problematic to the wrong ears. Just in case. Wait, had the boil winked at him though? Honestly, this whole thing was a bit confusing, and he didn't behave normally. Not that many folks did, which hardly made that normal... but...
Well, AJ merely received a puzzled look, and both ears drooping a bit to match. What?Meegane AJ, Molan does not understand you.

Head pouted at the invisible reply from the bad guy, he was a trickster and it would protect AJ from him. Not its soulmate, meanie mint. Of course, head's attention was fully focused on Molan that it didn't do the normal thing it would do - snap on the food. Meanwhile, the conversation between the boils continued. Aha, it seemed the grumpy friend of him had done something bad to this fluffy student. Probably his manner, AJ thought. " Oh my bad, I heard the demon calling you with that. Anyway, let's make a correction. I am AJ, and you?" He smiled amiably. " If Andrew did something bad, I will apologize to him. You know, he is like a tsundere, oh! that's a term to describe a person that is cold at first, and will melt later~ Back to the topic, he's really like a spoiled kid, but he does have some good sides....er- I see you were with Olivia, right? You will see Andrew's good side when he is with her." He paused and gave a grin. Trouble was much worse than Andrew, but to AJ, both of them were adorable as hell. Shortly, the topic was brought back to the food. After hearing the student's words, AJ suggested he could try to make his own food, as what Xiu told him so. " Cooking wasn't a bad idea, and with "help", it could be easy and simple." If the olfaction of the fox was good enough, he could sniff a sweet scent emitting from the boil talking to him. Oh haha, so cute, his ears drooped, AJ thought. The student won't be happy to know what he was thinking. On the other hand, head was glaring at the bad guy which captivated full attention of AJ. It felt it couldn't leave its eyes off him or else he would trick AJ into something bad like what he did to it. However, as the fox moved, the bells on him reflected lights, creating shimmers that raise the head's interest. Raja Molan, AJ says he wants to hug you.
