So for those of you who still don't know, Gaia has a Secondary Authentication option.

This links your account to a Google Authenticator token that you must provide every time you attempt to login.

I initially enabled this 12 June 2013, the same day as the last topic I made here, and everything was going great...

Until yesterday morning (4 Sept 2013), where I found an update for the Authenticator App.

After the update, I found all of the stored account tokens were gone!

This meant I was locked out of any and all accounts linked to Google Authenticator. I was only using it for Gaia at the time, so my only panic was how do I get access to this account again.

Made a ticket with my rarely used mule account.

First suggested solution was a password reset, this failed.

After I explained again that login was asking for the required Secondary Auth Token to which I no longer have access to. (I'm thinking now that either I didn't explain myself clearly when filling out the support ticket or they (support) are required to go through the suggested troubleshooting steps in order.)

They replied with "Please try accessing the account again by simply attempting to log in. You should run into no problem now."

And now I have access to this account again!!

Edit: The Google Authenticator app for iOS was pulled from the App Store a few hours after the update was pushed out. Not sure what's happening with it at the moment.

Also, I did had limited access as I could still login with the Gaia On The Go mobile app, but the mobile app is very limited, so I rarely used it, this past day was the most I think I've ever use the mobile app.
