Julienne had to listen to Millie talking for a good hour about a terrible excuse for a guardian cat, and finally when the preteen had fallen asleep, the Siberian had slipped out of the window, going to investigate the spot that Lenka had talked about.
She made her way over, and when she found a small furry lump…asleep? Unconscious? Something. The cat was definitely something. She sped up a little and reached the small dark lump, nuzzling it with her nose. “Hello? Are you quite all right?”
There wasn’t a way to be sure that this was the cat that Lenka had mentioned…or just another random guardian who had been attacked by a youma? Or a Negaverse agent? Or just exhausted from rolling around in a watermelon tossed by a very hurt and angry chibi. “Are you Thetis, by chance?” She continued nuzzling, asking her questions in the hopes that he would wake up and answer. Because, that would be great.

"NO! I DON'T WANT TO BE A BOWLING BALL ANYMORE!"
It was Julienne's poking that had finally woke the small cat up from his nightmare. However, he wasn't quite making sense at the moment given the context was a dream about him being a bowling ball for Sailor Chibi Lenka's amusement, and that the bowling pins were actually watermelons. It was a double whammy of all double whammies. Being a ball thrown into watermelons? Horrible. WHY WOULD SHE DO THIS TO HIM?
Green eyes met the gaze of another cat and he sobbed loudly.
"Don't let her get me anymore! It's just awful! I WILL DIE."
A bit melodramatic but he was obviously terrified, his body trembling.

Julienne blinked slowly, then put a paw on top of Thetis’s head. “Hey now. Calm down and tell me what’s going on? I won’t let anyone get you. Who are you so afraid of?”
She nuzzled his face once more then pressed close to him, wrapping her big fluffy tail around him. “Nobody’s going to get you while I’m here, now just calm down.” Man. This cat was frightened…it had to be a different one that was with Lenka. Lenka wouldn’t have caused anyone to get this afraid. Whoever attacked this poor cat…she would do her best to find and take care of. Some Negaverse girl, or some bad senshi. Some something.
“Tell me everything that happened? Was it a Negaverse agent? Are you hurt anywhere?” She had to find out what was really going on. Nobody would get away with hurting a guardian cat. Not on her watch.

Thetis pulled back his sobs until finally he was coherent enough to speak. Who was he afraid of? He choked back a sob just thinking about her and her evil ways. He knew, he had knew as soon as she said she was the senshi of watermelons, that she would do something horrible to him. How could it have gone this way? He tried so hard to stop it.
"L-Le-Len-Lenka," he stuttered. Even speaking her name brought terror to this small guardian cat. "She's so scary! Watermelons, how horrible! Why couldn't it have been bananas? Even pears would have been better than watermelons!"
"Trapped... inside..." he began to hyperventilate again.

Oh. Oh so this was the same Guardian cat. Well. That complicated things. “I see. So Lenka is the reason you were unconscious on the ground? My senshi hurt you?” Julienne nuzzled the smaller cat again. “She told me that she put you in the watermelon, and yes. That was childish of her, but she also said that you were calling her some very mean things…why did you do that, Thetis? Was there a reason?”
She didn’t want to be mean to the smaller cat…but there was no reason for him to be carrying on like this. Especially not when it was a senshi that was involved. Lenka wouldn’t have hurt him, not knowingly. Not really.
And shouldn’t he have been more kind to the senshi to begin with? In a way, it was as much his fault as Lenkas. And now Julienne had to play mom and sort it all out.
Life was so hard sometimes.

It took some time for Thetis to stop hyperventilating again.
"I'm sca... I'm scared... I'm scared of them... WATERMELONS ARE HORRIBLE," he cried out, lowering his body to where he felt he'd be safer. The soft grass where he dreamt nightmares of bowling down watermelons with his face might have been a terrible place in his dreams but right now it wasn't too bad. It was soft and there was no watermelon this time.
"They're round and scary and horrible! I told her that," he sobbed. "AND THEN SHE LOCKED ME IN ONE! HOW COULD SHE DO THAT?"
Just thinking about them gave him the willies and made him anxious. So anxious he just wanted the child to leave. He was so scared he couldn't even be around her once the association existed but instead of leaving like he tried to get her to do, she locked him in the thing he was scared of? NO WAY, SHE DEFINITELY WAS A GROSS DEVIL CHILD. GROSS, WATERMELON DEVIL CHILD. He never should have gone outside. He knew something horrible would happen if he went outside.

Julienne stared at the cat then shook her head, still nuzzling. “All right, you’re scared of watermelons, I understand that.” She paused, thinking for a moment, then licked Thetis’s cheek. “My senshi isn’t a watermelon though, were you scared of her before you found out what she was the senshi of? She doesn’t turn into a watermelon at the full moon, I can assure you of that much. And I know that she will not put you in another watermelon. I’ve already had a talk with her about that, and I intend to have another one when I get home to her.”
“By the way.” The cat sighed. “My name is Julienne, I haven’t gotten a chance to tell you that yet, Thetis. So it is a pleasure to meet you.” Or at least it would have been if he would just calm down a little bit. There really was no need for all of this fuss!

She might not be a watermelon or turn into a watermelon but she made watermelons! That was almost as bad as being a watermelon itself! To add to the horrors or the world? Thetis couldn't bear it! His eyes shut tightly but when his mind pictured the spherical green melon that was made of water he couldn't help but open them right back up with wide, fearful eyes.
"No but... but she makes them. She's the master of the devil fruit!" He sobbed, definitely being quite dramatic. As the master of the devil fruit Lenka could probably do anything with them! Julienne would never have to know if she trapped him in a watermelon again and what if it rained watermelon? She could probably do that! He could never live in peace! It might have seemed ridiculous to Julienne but to Thetis he couldn't help it. There was no reason to his phobia.
Somewhere he probably knew it was unreasonable and they might have had a wonderful time together before that but every time he tried to think about the good things the bad things would smash him in the face. No one wanted to be smashed in the face with a watermelon!
"I... I just can't yet... Julienneeeeee," he whined, lowering his pathetic little guardian cat body to the grass.

The cat scoffed, but snuggled closer to Thetis. “Fine, fine. Then throw your fit. I’m sure you’ll calm down eventually, and maybe one day you and Lenka can be friends. Maybe. Either that or I hope you two stay out of one another’s way.”
She closed her eyes and prepared to take a nap or something. It didn’t seem like Thetis was going to be doing anything other than freaking out for a while. “I can stay here if you want, or you can stay here. Personally, I think it’s a good time to nap, and I won’t let any watermelons get you, all right? Guardian cat’s honor.”
He was just so tiny and scared, and for the life of her she really couldn’t understand why. There was nothing wrong with watermelons, and they tasted very good when you ate them…this fuss was completely unnecessary and she just wanted to see that he calmed down, so that she could go home. And maybe eat. She was getting quite hungry.

Thetis buried his little body into the larger cat's body. He was far from relaxed and his body was shaking still. However, he was able to close his eyes and when she did so he whispered to the larger guardian cat.
"Promise?"
