[The Assassin of Chaos]

Here, docks have been set up to allow for boat passage to other countries. They're constructed from special waterproof metal and is heavily reinforced and guarded. Only Deadmen with an Undertaker pass can go on the boats, so any Deadmen working for the Undertaker Corps can leave as they wish. It is possible to sneak in and out of the boats, however...

(Eva walked along the dock her eyes where locked on the river as she sighed and tried to relax)

'Sheesh, you were hard to find,' Jay yawned, floating down slowly like a leaf on the wind, except he was a human on a hexagonal blood shape the size of a large kite. 'Don't tell me you're gonna run off again. Or that you don't like guys again, because I got the picture.'

Rios was ontop of a low level building watching Eva apparently she seemed to relax when by a river or stream.

Rios smirked as he watched Rva she was fiesty and possibly had ekotions deep in her core.

'Already fit the title, honey; Deadmen truly are just dead men walking,' Jay sighed, unfocused. He landed rather than left, flipping off his little platform. He added, 'And don't even try to attack me, because my moods make my personality turn ugly.'

'At least I don't need to suck on your blood,' Jay muttered, deciding to jump down to the coast below the docks. At least there he wouldn't have to deal with death threats... much.

Rios smirked as he watched Eva then he vanished and re-materialized on top of another roof downstream he was following Eva.

(Eva ducked into a shot that was selling fishing gear and she bought a long coat and slipped the on...knowing she was being fallowed and slipped into a group of sailors in similar gear)

Rios tried to track the girl but it was hard to follow her but he kept a rough track on her.
