Initially, she had been excited about realizing her dreams of being a real live magical girl, a defender of justice, so to speak; Deneb had visualized people singing her praises when she rescued them, of being a hero in general. Instead, she constantly heard how the media portrayed senshi as 'terrorists', a term Deneb took a little too personally.
Still, she begrudgingly took to patrolling every now and then, when she didn't have anything better to do. Just enough to look like she was doing something, in the hopes that she would have the chance to play hero for once. It was still boring, but occasionally Deneb ran into another senshi or two to pick a bone with- like Minkowski, for instance.
Tonight, though? Boring.
