Annual Ball
If this isn't sorted out yet, don't mind me, but I was just wondering about who's got the mule now and who I'll be bothering about Guild Funds, or when I'm sending money into the Ball and such?
And also maybe if we know who much we've got from last year/so far?
In the past I worked it where my secondary and I had a mule specifically set up for fundraising, and we had links to both the Annual Ball mule and ours. In the first few weeks, like Epcot said, the donations go straight to the mule but after a committee head is chosen they keep tabs on donations so in case they have to work on prizes via each donation idea/shop and then usually come close to the ball date they would send the large lump sum to the Annual Ball mule. I usually try to keep an updated gold count in the main funding thread so that anyone was aware at any time how much we had raised for the ball.
Right now the annual ball mule is in possession of the Host of the annual ball, so Pinkiekitty and Violet should be the only one able to get onto it, as the password is changed with each new ball host. Note, none of the heads will have the password to the annual ball mule so they usually keep their own mule.

I will be keeping a mule, for reason's like jessie pointed out. I'll be wanting to keep a tab on what funds I've raised and what I can spend on contests and stuff. Other than that it will all go to the annual ball mule.
