Hmm, don't know. What characters do you really like? I was Hoi at Otakon last year, and i think I'm gonna maybe possibly be Kenneth from 4 this year. Maybes. Just think of what character you like that you could do well, thats what I do (I chose Hoi and Kenneth for me because I get to keep my general hair style sweatdrop )

Because I'm still trying to figure this out, I'm givin' it a bump. I'm trying to make a new costume for Otakon this year, because my Futch costume sucks.
Options: Anabelle, Odessa, Lotte, Milia, Emily, Ronnie Bell, Lilly, if I want to do female. Up for male suggestions.

Well, you could probably do Luc from Suikoden II (I think that's where he was from) if you're up for doing a male cosplay.
Otherwise, I think you'd make a great Apple (Suikoden III), in my opinion. 3nodding
