Lizzy was sprouting a new shadowy coat as she wandered around, the life division emblem on the back of the coat glowing blue; her weapon companion, a scythe, was being used as a walking stick, even if it was towering over her. The Grail had revealed more details about her life to her, and she couldn't help feeling happy at having recovered another memory.
She wasn't going to let a mean, old hydra get her down!
As the creature attacked, she swung the blade downwards, her grip on the handle tightening to give herself maximum control. W-what's happening?Arynek suddenly felt like she was drunken, her step was so unsteadily. After a second, she realized it was the ground shaking. Followed by a deep heavy hiss, a big hydra appeared. No..... She was too terrified thus forgot she had weapon in hand and threw a small stone at it instead. What was this? another oversized dragon with multiple heads? WELL THEN!
The girl scampered up, her weapon appearing as a familiar voice chimed in her head. "Again?" A nod. "We can't let it hurt anyone, Taili!" And with that, dark coat and all a rather odd would be hunter showed up to smack at the thing soundly.
Because that made sense. Though she did pause, tilting her head at the small pale girl a moment. Seemed familiar. Curious. Brenley hadn't had anything in particular in mind when he'd sat down to try to craft a new weapon. Maybe he should have. The sword he'd ended up with was half his height and heavy, much more cumbersome than his guns had ever been.

Lizzy knew the pains of having an oversized weapon, and offered Brenley a sympathetic and knowing nod. However, she was much better at handling her weapon, it seems, as she swung her scythe in a horizontal arc, and managed to do some damage to the hydra.
She was going to protect everyone. Protecting everyone was apparently the theme of the day, even if Brenley was just working on getting started. Still, that didn't excuse her from duty even as she flashed a smile to the new fellow as she darted back for the hydra. "Head on the left." To which she bounced up, managing to instead land on it heavily, weapon first as it managed to snap at her as it threw her up.
"Woop-" It was more of a cry than anything as she found herself fighting for her balance again as it had shoved her off."A bit of caution next time?" Protection, practice, experimentation, Bren had a lot of things on his mind when he ventured close enough to fight these days. Right now, however, he just wanted to land a hit.
The boy tried again, bending his knees a little before he lifted. Once the sword was off of the ground, he skittered forward, swinging the blade out to one side and slicing into the hydra. "You're sure living dangerously," Lizzy commented with a giggle as she smiled at her fellow hunter... Or she would assume that the other girl is a hunter, judging by her coat. She hadn't seen her around before, but this might be a good opportunity for them to work together!

It might seem odd to introduce yourself in the middle of combat, but in the middle of combat is where you learn to work together and trust others, so... Arynek looked at the boil for a while, confirming that he was alright before looking back at the horrible Hydra. It was getting more angry because of their attacks. Is there anyone for she to hide behind? Hearing the introduction from the powerful scythe ghoul, she smiled partly. " I am Arynek...nice to meet you." For one second, she felt something from the fox ghoul. Is she talking to her moon shaped weapon? She found a safe place and triggered her pistol, glad that it's a long distance weapon. So many questions to ask, but not enough time for her. She noded happily at her fellow hunter. "Isn't how you get the best results?" She chimed, waving a hand at Taili's complaints as she worked to regain her footing as the thing smashed a foot toward her. She nodded at the name. "A pleasure Lizzy! I'm Simply!" She called, spinning lightly to swing down at the dragon again.

It was only then that he realized two of the girls had matching coats. He briefly wondered where they had gotten them and if he was missing some sort of swanky coat giveaway in the mist somewhere, but Bren had little time to worry about that in the middle of a fight. She'd found her coat at the best giveaway ever. The kind were it just appeared. Because she'd always had it! (Or so she thought.)

Aww, that poor girl looked so scared! Lizzy inched towards Arynek a little, offering her a reassuring smile; since her weapon was pretty long, she had a good range, even if she was not all up in the Hydra's face.
