Rika spied another enemy in the distance. It didn't look nasty, but everything else she'd come across wasn't exactly friendly here. This creature probably wasn't any different. CURRENT HP OF BOSS: 40 Current HP: 85/90 Special ability: King's Regret: If you KO, instead of dissipating, you restore yourself to half your existing HP. You can only use this ONCE per encounter. Eva apparently chose that moment to show up, spinning her staff around in her hands with ease. With a cheerful grin at the other figure, she brought the bladed of her weapon down on the enemy.

Eva made a face at Demi, only to hesitate at Shik's question. Although her regained memories were a little fuzzy, this guy kind of looked like one of those...
She shuddered.

Before she'd been able to launch another attack, three others had jumped in and beaten down the enemy. There seemed to be a tense air between two of the fighters, but it dissipated when one left with their spoils. Figuring it'd be better to let sleeping dogs lie, Kari retrieved her own rewards.
