Name: Chanda
Nature: Remembrance
Appearance: A 'forest' of giant red incense sticks perpetually burning and releasing fragrant but harmful fumes. The burnt portions of the sticks curl into horrible, twisted shapes before falling to the ground, which is littered with gravestones. The Witch's real form is buried in one of these graves -- a thin, large-eyed burnt figure with gigantic hands clutching a rag doll.
Barrier: A town made of what appears to be origami figurines. Notebook pages drift down from the sky. The colors are bright and cheery, which makes the Witch stand out all the more. When she becomes agitated, the paper catches fire and turns into ash.
Barrier Location: Unknown (attracted to scenic subdivisions)
Minions:
Simon - The minions that rise from the graves around the incense. They are shaped as giant, branch-like hands reaching out for victims or intruders, attempting to drag them into the graves.
Description:
The Incense Witch. Her nature is remembrance. She is content to stay in one spot and reminisce of happiness. The Witch's world is fragrant but deadly, serving as a cage to the past.

Notes:
* The incense can induce hallucinations, forcing victims to remember things they would rather forget.
* Her weakness is fire.
* When near death, the Witch will attempt to burn the Puella Magi along with her. Any remainining incense 'tree' will burst into fire, the contents of the barrier serving to feed to the flames.

Former Magical Girl:
* A girl who wished to always remember her recently deceased friend. Her fall to corruption was a slow one -- she was Puella Magi for two years. She became a Witch in the cemetery, while visiting her friend's grave.
* She was driven to despair when she realized that because she has perfect remembrance of her friend, she will always be reminded of her grief of losing her.
* Her friend died in a fire.
