Maia turned with her brother at her side and smiled. "Alright everyone, I've figured out the groups. You'll be working in a pair against another pair. It will be five hits two win, at least two to each in a pair. So no pounding one person, please. The use of magic is just fine, but please refrain if your attack could possibly seriously injure or maim someone."

"Alright the first pair will be Squire Pharos paired with Chibi Syne and you will be sparring against Sailor Medea and Chibi Florentina." Maia took the time to point each person as she called them out so they wouldnt have trouble finding each other even though they had name tags on.

"Group two will be Squire Lassell paired with Sailor Sidouer and you will be sparring against Page Falias and Sailor Minkowski." She continued pointing as she called out everyone's names.

"Group three will be Squire Shangri-la paired with Sailor Tsui and you will be sparring against Squire Troy and Sailor Avior." How she seemed to get all the names so easily was just a thing she seems good at. Her recollection for even those she just met was very good and the name tags certainly helped, not that she was currently looking.

"The last group will be Sailor Ida and Page Pompeii and you will be sparring against Sailor Deneb and Sailor Tortali."

She moved back and motioned around, "There is plenty of room to spread out, but don't go to far as," she looked to Sheena and another cat she hadn't met before, "the cats are dampening our signatures and I do believe there is a limit to their range. Now everyone get in your groups and lets begin."

As Maia called out the names of his partners in this training session, he couldn't help but feel a bit anxious. His small thought on knights were that they had some sort of weapon, something that he, as a senshi, didn't have, as well as that not all of them were so nice. His mind flashed back to the night back up on the rooftops, back to how much of a serious person the one knight that he recollected in his mind was, of how simply uncomfortable it was to be regarded as weak in his eyes. Then again, that was the reason as to why he was here. He didn't want to be weak anymore.

"It's nice to meet you all." He greeted the others in his group, moving a little closer to Troy, as he was his partner in this. "I'm still getting used to my abilities, but I'll do my best to support you in anyway that I can, Troy."

Fuuuu, he could just feel his cheeks pale. Everyone in his group seemed either far older than him, or just stronger. especially Tsui. She looked so powerful.. So ready to kick his posterior. Well, maybe not in a purposely aggressive way, but more of.. Just wanting to beat him. She just looked so strong. Avior began to unknowingly chew his lip. Even if he were to get his butt kicked, it would be a lesson learned. Atleast he hoped so.

"Should we start by getting acquainted with our partners? Maybe explaining what we can do? Or would we go about this as if we were meeting on the street and were just paired up to fight? Or.. Uh.. You guys can decide, I-I'm sure you've all have more experience than I do, what do you think could be done as most realistic? I'm just assuming that we would want this to be as real world-like as possible. If that were the case then we could just start attacking one another, but at the same time it feels like that would be a bit less organized, oh I dunno.." His words came out fast, but not so fast that those listening wouldn't keep up. So much for trying to hide just exactly how nervous he was.

Tsui was a little too eager to get started and it definitely showed in her form. The minute that Sailor Maia started listing off teams, she was already stretching her muscles and skipping from foot to foot like a professional boxer would. She hadn't visited one of these training events before, but she had trained with allies before, and while she looked completely serious on the outside, she'd be willing to hold back. She was eager to fight, not bloodthirsty.

She looked to her partner and flashed Shangri-la a confident if not overly eager smile, knowing absolutely nothing about him but not letting that get in the way of anything. She needed to learn more about her allies and this would have been a perfect opportunity to do so. She took from Avior's example, as she introduced herself, loudly, so that her opponents could hear her too. "I'm Eternal Sailor Tsui, Senshi of Tigers and general butt-kicker of the bad guys. Nice meeting you guys!"

She looked towards Avior and Troy, noticing the excitement coming from the Senshi and it was hard not to want to smile at him. She wasn't sure if he was just nervous or the sight of her attire and scars made him antsy, and even though she curled her fist and stood in a battle-ready pose, she tried to sound friendly, in hopes of easy that fear. "Don't worry, Avior. I can play nice when I need to. Only the Negaverse and the Dark Mirror Court should be afraid of me!"

She was ready to get things going, and she flashed a look to Troy, her smile warm but eager. "You ready, guys?"

Shangri-La had helped pick out the pairs, so though he hadn't picked his own team he did know who his partner was without really having to search. He watched as she seemed to be preparing. He'd gotten a fighter, that much was obvious and he was glad for it, because looking at Troy they were in for a tough one. Avior didn't look like much of a fighter, but Shang wasn't fooled by the small form, for all Shang knew the boy could be a spit fire.

He walked up to where the group was forming and gave a smile to Tsui when he gave her a smile. She was eager and that was good, people weren't often like that with these, but they did it, got it done and came out stronger and often more confident for it. He knew that was the case with Ida for sure it seemed.

"I'm Shangri-La Squire of Pluto and generally I'm more for healing that fighting, but having Maia as a sister means I've definitely been forced to learn, not that that is a bad thing because it isn't."

He looked to Avior when he spoke about how to go about it and he realized none of them had been at the first training session, or the second for that matter. They were all new faces, so he decided to guide the group a little, "It's pretty simple. We've done this before just not in pairs. We just find a good place to start," he pointed, "I suggest just over there. We dont want to be in the way of any flying attack from other spars. Then we face off, since I've done this before and Tsui is an eternal senshi, I think it would be fair to let you and Troy start the match."

He turned and headed for the spot he indicated, which was a decent distance from everyone else and turned back to his group when he reached it. "If you don't have anymore questions, we can get started."
