Maia turned with her brother at her side and smiled. "Alright everyone, I've figured out the groups. You'll be working in a pair against another pair. It will be five hits two win, at least two to each in a pair. So no pounding one person, please. The use of magic is just fine, but please refrain if your attack could possibly seriously injure or maim someone."
"Alright the first pair will be Squire Pharos paired with Chibi Syne and you will be sparring against Sailor Medea and Chibi Florentina." Maia took the time to point each person as she called them out so they wouldnt have trouble finding each other even though they had name tags on.
"Group two will be Squire Lassell paired with Sailor Sidouer and you will be sparring against Page Falias and Sailor Minkowski." She continued pointing as she called out everyone's names.
"Group three will be Squire Shangri-la paired with Sailor Tsui and you will be sparring against Squire Troy and Sailor Avior." How she seemed to get all the names so easily was just a thing she seems good at. Her recollection for even those she just met was very good and the name tags certainly helped, not that she was currently looking.
"The last group will be Sailor Ida and Page Pompeii and you will be sparring against Sailor Deneb and Sailor Tortali."
She moved back and motioned around, "There is plenty of room to spread out, but don't go to far as," she looked to Sheena and another cat she hadn't met before, "the cats are dampening our signatures and I do believe there is a limit to their range. Now everyone get in your groups and lets begin."

Recognizing the name of her partner as one of the participants in the demonstration, Sidouer felt a wave of relief wash over her. Given how the demonstration went, it was apparent that he at least had some idea of what he was doing. Her on the other hand, not so much.
It wasn't too hard to spot the squire in blue standing among all the attendees. Instead of weaving her way through the crowd, Sidouer opted to wait a few moments for the group to disperse before making her way over to him in order to introduce herself. "Umm... Lassell?" She rubbed her arm nervously with a lopsided smile. Though she was positive the dark haired brown eyed guy in front of her was indeed him, it never hurt to ask. "Hi, my name is Sidouer!" she instinctively reached out to shake his hand. "That was quite an impressive demonstration, are you okay?" she asked with a hint of concern in her voice.
Lassell, glanced at the senshi that approached him and extended out his hand to shake hers. "Ah..yes, i'am squire Lassell" he answered. He shrugged "it was and alright demo, could use some more work though" he put in. "Nice to meet you Sidouer" he answered politely.

Falias listened quietly as Maia called out the groups. It seemed that he had been paired with a Sailor Minkowski for this time's training.
As he looked around in an attempt to locate her, he found himself wondering what she was the senshi of.
People were already getting into their pairs when he noticed a brown-haired senshi.
"Are you Sailor Minkowski by any chance?" He asked hopefully.
"It's nice to meet you too." She paused a moment and withdrew her hand. "I should apologize now before you find out during the spar, I don't really know what I'm doing." Sidouer adverted her gaze ashamed of having to admit just how green she was.

Well, it looked like there was no turning back now. Although she hadn't wanted to come, Deneb had dragged her along, and now Minkowski was being paired off for sparring.
She barely even knew how to fight. She could heal, had tried to teach herself how to fight, and had asked others for advice whenever she came across them, but had resigned to the fact that she just wasn't cut out for this job, outside of playing support in a group. Which Minkowski wasn't really part of.
Hearing someone call her name, she jumped slightly, but nodded. "Um, yes, that's right," she said, "And you are...?"
Falias wasn't a particularly great fighter, but he'd been in fights prior to this whole finding out he was a Knight thing, although they'd been of the school playground variety.
He'd been in fights since his awakening as Falias too and he wasn't naive enough to think that they'd be his last. His experience, albeit limited of the Negaverse and his even more limited experience with the Dark Mirror people had shown him different and learning how to protect himself better could only be a good thing.
He gave a slight smile at the brown-haired senshi's question "I'm Falias," he began before adding "Falias Page of Earth - I think we've been partnered for this thing."

"Pleasure is all mine" he said "that's fine, I'll help you through it. Its really easy well actually semi-easy" he said with a light smile.
"Thank you, I appreciate it. I just hope I don't let you down." She offered Lassell a lopsided smile.
"Do you know who we're sparing against? I heard Maia say Sailor Minkowski and a Page Falias, but I didn't see who she pointed to." Sailor Sidouer scanned the small group of powered individuals that had not yet split off to their training areas hoping she might be able to pick out the other members of her group.

After confirming his name to the brown-haired senshi that he'd been paired with, Falias glanced around to see if he could see where their opponents were.
He vaguely knew of Lassell by virtue of the fact that the other had been at the previous training session and from the Knights temple training thing, although the other had been a Page like him at the time.
Sailor Sidouer on the other hand wasn't one that he recognised, although Falias assumed that maybe if they found Lassell, then perhaps they'd find the other senshi.
"Maybe we should try finding the others," he suggested to Minkowski as he spotted what looked like the blue of the Squire's uniform. "I think that's Lassell over there."
Suggestion made, he started walking in the direction where he'd seen the flash of blue uniform.
Maia normally didn't carry her cell phone with her while powered up, but she as she was so far away from home today she had it sitting on top of the cooler for the drinks. However, it was for this reason she didn't notice it ring, or buzz with several text messages. It was only after she paired the groups off and went to get a drink did she notice.
She gave a small frown before opening her phone and reading the message her frown only deepening. It wasn't for her, but for Lassell, he'd not answered his phone they tried Maia. She was glad she had the foresight to bring it and made a quick jog over to Lassell.
"Excuse me," she said, "I need to borrow him." With that she pulled him just short distance away and showed him the text messages before giving him the phone. There was hushed and frantic whispers, and surely other's were starring, but after a few moments there was a nod and Lassell appeared to be leaving.
Maia sighed looking worried before schooling her expression and heading over to Sidouer, "I'm sorry, but something came up and he had to leave, but don't worry I will be your partner for the session if that is okay with you."
She looked over to Failas and Minkowski and pointed, "we're partnered with them. Let's head over to them. Failas," she called waving, "Minkowski, over here. There's been a small change."
Ive asked and gotten permission from Angel to sub out Lassell for the training. I will be subbing in Maia. Don't worry, she will take it easy them."

Falias had only taken a few steps in Lassell's direction when he saw Maia walk over to the Squire. He frowned quizzically as the two moved a short distance away from where the blue-clad Squire had previously been standing.
Although not close enough to overhear what was being said, there seemed to be some sort of conversation going on between the two. And then Lassell appeared to be leaving, confusing Falias even more given that the other was supposed to be one of his opponents - well make that one of their opponents.
However before he could puzzled over Lassell's sudden disappearance too long Maia was hailing Minkowski and him mentioning something about a change. Nodding at the red-haired senshi, Falias turned to look at the brown-haired senshi he had been partnered with. "Lets head over to Maia and see what she means by a change" he suggested before starting to head in the direction of the eternal senshi, at the very least Maia would be able to tell them what was going to happen now training-wise.
Sidouer looked from Maia to where she last saw Lassell standing before taking off, then backback to the red, curly haired, senshi. She nodded her head both in understanding and silent approval of the substitution, "Thank you," she replied a tinge of worry crept into her expression, "I hope he'll be okay,".
Before following Maia over to their opponents she reached out and tapped her on the shoulder. "I'm sorry, but I should probably warn you too, I honestly have no idea what I'm doing." It felt like a little bit of a blow to whatever pride she had having to admit her lack of fighting knowledge not once but twice today. Just shows how green she actually was to all of this. Regardless she was here to learn and she'll take from it what she can. With a bit of a nervous smile, Sidouer fell instep behind her new partner and greeted their opponents, "Hi."

It was a little confusing, but apparently there had been a slight change, from what Maia and Falias were saying, that seemed to have something to do with Lassel's departure. Uncertain, but wanting to follow directions (and to know what was going on), Minkowski followed after the other senshi she had been partnered with, to see what Maia had to say to them.
When Sidouer came over to greet them, Minkowski hesitated, before quietly greeting her back. "Um... hello," she said.
It was only as Falias stepped towards Maia, that he noticed the white-haired senshi standing just behind the red-haired eternal, part of him wondering if she was the Sailor Sidouer that had been the other opponent mentioned.
It was something that seemed backed up when she greeted them and he gave her a cheerful smile, noting that she had pretty eyes (unusual but pretty). "Hello, I'm Falias, I'm a Page of Earth." For a brief moment he had contemplated introducing Minkowski who had followed after him, but then the brown-haired senshi had said a hello of her own to the white-haired senshi.
He looked over at Maia, his face still cheerful as he continued his voice curious "You were mentioning a slight change?"
