Mornings were the time for runs and dog walks, the run before the dog walk of course, and Alexandre was doing just that - running. This morning was already proving to be warm; a sure sign of a hot day to come. It was due to the heat that he actually had his shirt off as he ran down one of the parks dirty paths, rather than taking one of the move populated black top paths. In one hand he had a bottle of water while he had his phone in a small holder attached to his hip. The pants were a nice soft, light, sweat-pant that tied at his waist and the shoes were, unsurprisingly, brand name.

He wasn't like most people though - he had no headset in. Blond hair was swiped at and moved from his face as he moved. Fair skin, only lightly kissed by the sun, made him stand out in the morning sun like some sort of ghost. This was another reason to wear more clothing, so he didn't stand out so much, as his sweats also happened to be black in color.

Shoes pounded the dirt, which was already well trampled by so many other people, as he rounded a corner. His shirt, he had come out with a t-shirt, was held in the same hand which held his water bottle. Soon he'd take a rest, on a bench, and then turn and head back home for a shower before walking Cadha. From there he'd dress for the day and head to work, grabbing lunch on the way. For now though Alexadnre watched the trees on either side of him pass by as he continued his morning run, the sound of his feet hitting the ground pounding in his ears as each step jarred him. The work outs he'd been doing at the gym had been helping, allowing him to run further, and toned him more. He wasn't muscled just...toned, he didn't want to build muscle. The help from the long blond haired strongman had helped a lot though and it showed.
