Oort, Chibi Senshi of Keys

Fuku Colour: Main Color: Silver/ or silvery grey
Secondary Color: The 15, 7 or 10 year colour found
hereFuku: Collar -- Sailor collar, single stripe at the end and maybe a key pattern in each corner
Bow -- The ends of the collar would form the front bow. Some sort of sash for the back bow
Bodice -- Some sort of tunic-type bodice
Sleeves -- none
Brooch -- Simple antique key to start, but eventually a much more ornate one (like something similar to
this)
Bottoms -- Shorts reaching to just past the knees, maybe slightly poufy
Tiara -- Maybe something like
this, but with a small key hanging from it
Choker -- CC to fit in with his overall outfit
Shoes -- some sort of sandal at senshi stage
Gloves -- fingerless
Accessories -- I'd like him to keep his glasses. CC for anything else
Attacks:Sailor Scout Attack: Key Up!
Oort calls on his magic while chanting the name of this attack and the magic forms into a small ethereal-looking
ornate key.
By standing in front of an ally and turning the key as if in an invisible lock Oort can use this this to give an ally either a strength boost or a speed boost (one or the other and he doesn't get to choose which) of about 15%. Alternatively Oort can use it on himself, but he will only get the speed boost.
Duration: Oort has 15 seconds to use the 'key' otherwise the key will disappear. The boost will last for 10 seconds once Oort has used the 'key'
Usage amounts: Twice per standard battle, but not on the same person.
Additional notes: Only Oort can use the 'key'. The key will disappear if not in Oort's hand(s) (e.g. if dropped).
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Super Key Up!
Same verse as the previous attack, however the boost now lasts for 20 seconds.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Master Key!
Oort calls on his magic while chanting the name of this attack and the magic forms into a large ethereal-looking
ornate key.
By pointing the key in the direction of an ally and turning it as if in an invisible lock Oort can use this this to give an ally access to one more base attack (if Senshi) or extend a magic pool by 10 seconds (if Squire/ Knight). Oort can only use this attack on allies, he cannot use it on himself.
Duration: Oort has 15 seconds to use the 'key' otherwise the key will disappear.
Usage amounts: Once per standard battle
Additional notes: Only Oort can use the 'key'. The key will disappear if not in Oort's hand(s) (e.g. if dropped).
