How to roll for conditions
We only have two different conditions here at Sanctuary, physical and mental. Rolling them is streamlined, for your convenience! Here is the form you will be sending to Sanctuary Tome Keeper:

Directions:

Step 2: Assign the numbers you rolled to the two conditions. You can assign them however you want, regardless of which order you rolled them in.
